Great customer service! I had a big order and did a curbside pick up, all food was perfect. Adrianna brought my food to me, she was extremely nice and even brought a water to give me.
Food was good. Service was not the best. We were at the drive through window and she handed us our drinks and no straws. Finally I asked for straws and she brought them. Next our food came. I had to wait and ask for napkins. They need help on service. I was their at 10.10 this morning. At the rainbow location.
Good chicken, excellent service, fast and friendly staff. The store was a tad untidy but it was rush time and the employees were hustling to take care of everything. Can't ask for more than that. The attitudes of Cane's staff keep me coming back. They are nice and it is infectious! They are always busy but that line moves so quick. Great job everyone
I've eaten here at least 30 or 40 times over the past 10 years and it's always been incredible. Today I picked up my three finger combo and thought the box was empty. The chicken fingers seem to be half the size that used to be. They're still delicious but I don't know what happened to the portion sizes but it was drastically smaller than anything I've ever gotten there before
Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside.Their fries are delicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers, so yummy ?. It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try!The restaurant is always clean and inviting, very vibrant atmosphere. The staff is friendly.Their drive-thru is always busy with a long line of cars . But you can always dine in, which I recommend, because you don’t want your fries to get cold.Overall: great tasty chicken fingers, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.Definitely recommend it!
Quality of this location is really going downhill. Look at this chicken strip! lol Fries and chicken were cold. Toast was half toasted. Asked for three ketchups, was given two. Lady at the drive thru had zero charisma or humor. I hope it's just a bad night...
Food was hot, fresh and fast, tenders were flavorful, and service was good. The whole place was really clean too. My only complaint was the fries were a tad mushy. I'll go back though. One of the better Cane's I've visited in the Vegas area.
So not only have prices gone up over the past year, but they are now cutting the chicken fingers in half? I am 5'6", my hands are small. They have taken the term chicken fingers literally.
Every time I come to Vegas, it always lifts my mood knowing that I will be satisfied with this chicken restaurant. Ordered the Caniac combo to stretch it to dinner and late dinner. Did online ordering for pickup. Order was ready 4 minutes earlier than the estimated time. Looking forward to your expansion to GA. Thank you.
Super small, simple menu, but it WORKS! The chicken fingers are made using the chicken breast tenderloin, so they're super juicy & flavorful. The food is always fresh because it's made to order & the workers are really friendly & helpful. You can never go wrong with Cane's!
