they think it's funny to see your order when you get home, this can be a game for them, the measure of two pieces in a combo of six looks like a small candy, they have to stop doing that, another thing the taste is bad from those pieces, like reheated, we pay for a specified portion and we do not ask for free food.??
I Just purchased three 4 piece combo's and 1 kids meal. I have a family of four and my youngest loves Cane's but the chicken size has become so small and the price much higher then what I'm getting in value. Then I spoke with the supervisor and he said there nothing he could do.
Food is good & the drive thru service has stepped up considerably. They now have extra emoyees bringing your order to you before you get to the window. Great work. No one wants to sit in line on a hot day. Thanks Cane's.
Never ever going here again.. super disappointed and it just may have ruined my whole outlook on this place. Been here plenty of times and the last couple of times they shorted my order on one occasion but every time lately it seems the chicken is smaller and smaller.The pieces I got today just ruined it for me like how the heck is this even 3 out of 6 pieces in a caniac combo, what did you do rip singles apart and just call it 2 how is that ok?!? And look how small they are?!? For almost 15 bucks this is what I get?? If I didn’t have appointments I had to be at I would be on my way back inside and asking for a manager.But never again will I go to this location. Or any canes for a while.
I used to go here quite often my last two visits the quality of the strips have went down tremendously. The first time I had an issue the strips were not eatable they had mostly parts that you could not eat not the usual chicken rest portions. The last time I ordered 6 piece combo and I received 3 regular size strips and 3 strips that were very thin and extremely small more like nuggets. I paid $15.00 and received unsatisfactory food. I will not return to this location ever.
The size in these chicken fingers have never been this small, these last couple of months my fries have been bigger than these chicken fingers. I used to love eating here with the nice and juicy chicken fingers but now it’s pointless to even come back, I get let down every time now. How much smaller can they possibly be.
It's fresh fries and juicy chicken, but not much flavor to remember. They don't have BBQ sauce and that is a deal breaker for me.
Always love coming here when I come to Vegas! It would be good to have a few more menu's around besides the ones that ate permanently there.
My God Family in Las Vegas directed me there, to get something to eat for the night. I had a wonderful time eating good food. The kids could not wait to dive into the meal. I was surprised with the tenderness of the chicken. I will definitely visit again.
Tried this chain as seems everyone is raving about it. Ko and behold to our surprise it did not live up to expectations and people’s raving commendations! So, on that note, do not get your hopes up high. 3 stars is a generous rating for this chain! Staff here is great and pleasant, so that is a plus. Other than that, really nothing to get excited for or write home about!
