It was alright. It's considerable better than KFC in quality, but I was not that impressed. You will wait in line for above average chicken tenders, coleslaw, Texas toast, and fries. I got cut off twice by the same chick on the road because she had a craving for Raising Canes. So take my review with a grain of salt. People literally are driving like crackheads to get in line for this place.RC is doing something right and good for them!
Prompt service. Excellent customer service from all the employees. Best visit to a canes yet. Thanks to the whole team here! I explained to my son they deserved a good review as we ate for how they conducted business!
This used to be my go to spot for food when I didn't know what I wanted. In the last 5 years or so the price has constantly increased and amount of food has gone down $15 for a Caniac is insane. This last week I ordered a 2 Caniacs and the 6 pieces of chicken in each were not much larger than a chicken nugget from other fast food places. They also used to give a nice size portion of fries, no longer do they give you many fries. I cannot recommend this place any longer.
If you want to be consistently happy with a fast food's quality and customer service, in my opinion you cannot beat Cane's. The food is always great and the employees are the best. I was having a rough day and having one of them write "Have a great day!" on my cup lid just really put a smile on my face. It is the little things. And of course, between my tea and the food and the sweet message, I am now having a much better day. <3
Love this chicken, love the fries, dont mind waiting in line. Yes they are long but it moves quick. Only flaw is that the prices have nearly doubled in the past 2 yrs for the food items. But all in all i love the food and never had a problem with my order or have they forgotten something.
I ♥️ Raising Cane's,friendly staff the food amazing always!...
This location (Rock Springs) has gone down the toilet. This was my all time favorite location & go to as I'm on my way to work. My order today (Box Combo) was very disappointing. Chicken is DRY (over cooked for skimpy little chicken pieces). The batter had no fluff or any flavor like it use to. I had to add 8-10 suger in my sweet tea that had no label on the fountain (I confirmed that I dispensed the correct tea). Thank you for an expensive undesirable dinner before a 10hr work day. Ended up throwing it away after a few bites. Too disappointed. Been eating Canes since the opening on Craig Rd.
The line looked long so we stopped anyways, man I tell you it was fast. The food was fresh, the breading on the chicken was crispy and the tea was done just right. Kudos to you all and keep up the great work!
Seems when you go thru this Drive-Thru to order. They give very little portions and the smallest chicken tenders on the 3 piece combo meal. Very upset about that. They bank on, when driving back home, open the meal, that you are not going to waste more gas in driving back to complain.
They are young and quick. It's a great place. The CEO got down one time and started cooking. THAT'S how you run a Business!Go to Raising Canes. Even the name is clever.
