1st time there. Loved the way they prepare chicken, very good. Manager comes around to check on you. Like it's an exclusive place. It was nice.
Ordered online so my schedule would work, the system doesn’t work waited 10 more minutes. Manager was life everything okay, no my food I paid for online is not ready stood around waited didn’t offer a drink comp something. Typical chain restaurant not even worth saying anything I just walked out. Solutions just leave a review. I got charged $10 for half a tray of Fries hence 1 Star Review. Not worth driving back as I am already late.
Lines go by fast. Workers, as expected, very good with customers. Food portioning is small compared to the southern canes.
They been cutting on food portions left and right, from their chicken strips, sauce cups, and French fries expect to only get half portions. Specially when you order from the drive thru. Management is ridiculous so is corporate for pushing for this. Give us are fair portions you Fat Cats!
Maybe this is a bad way to put it but this canes hasn't messed up any of my orders yet ?.Last time I was in the drive thru, 10 cars deep, and I was out with food in less than 10 minutes. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment. The food was so hot and fresh.
Food was good service was prompt and they offer a military discount. Eating inside would have been better, but regardless the chicken was fabulous! And I will go back again and again! Keep up the good work.
Usually this location is good but today it wasn't that great. The person working the drive thru was rude and handed us a soda that was all spilled down the side and sticky. He gave us a dirty look when we asked for a napkin. We didn't get any ketchup with our order either. Mostly the attitude of the person you put at the window needs to be corrected. I understand when dealing with a difficult customer but we weren't being difficult. Don't hand someone a soda that is spilled down the side without offering to correct it.
Some of the best fast-food chicken in the city. Everyone knows this and so they are always slammed. Don't go if you don't have time to wait in line, either in the dining room or the drive-thru
They have the best blackened ranch you ever taste in your life in my opinion their chicken tenders are very juicy where is most restaurants serve crispy but dry tenders you’re going to get the crispy and moist which is Most satisfying
Went to eat at Raising Cane yesterday. What I like about the meals is the variety of tastes compared to other fast food places. Instead of just the burger, fries and drink. You get buttered, soft bread, the fries, drink, cole slaw, chicken fingers, and dipping sauce. So, you get offered all the different tastes for your palate, for about the same price as a burger meal. Definitely worth having a look at.
