Restaurant not that big (about 100 person capacity) and was about 85% full. Most of their dim sum are ordered on a paper (although they do have some limit food their wait staff will bring out).Overall the food was very good. The rice noodle texture was smooth (a nice touch is they have the sauce in a separate drip cup for you to pour) and the shrimp dumplings (Har Gou) was not minced but who shrimp. There's ample choice of dim sum and skip the buns if you can't decide.
good chinese food at a good price, can’t go wrong here
I love coming here and order Chinese cuisines from this restaurant. It's made fresh to order and delicious. My favorite here is the HK Style Shortribs and Honey Walnut Shrimp.
Great restaurant, nice staff, and authentic Chinese food. Reminds me of being back in Hong Kong. Roast duck rice was great.
Wonderful service and great dim sum! I tried chicks feet for the first time and damn if they were tasty. I had seasoned veterans order for me and they did a wonderful job. I enjoyed everything that was served. This noob will go again !
I was on a road trip through the southwest and had been eating a lot of Mexican food, but was having a craving for authentic Chinese, since I had not any in quite a while. So, I happened upon Rainbow Chinese, which was not too far from my hotel. They have a dim sum menu and a regular menu. I ended up getting the roasted pork belly and taro cakes from the dim sum menu, and the sauteed snow pea leaves with garlic (one of my favorite dishes) from the regular menu. Everything was delicious and the servers were attentive. Thumbs up from me!
Best Chinese food in town ?
Food is delicious. Large servings. We only speak English so that was an issue with our first waitress. Owner/manager stopped to ensure we were happy with our meal and thanked us for our business.
Everything was very good. The food tasted fresh. The wait staff was attentive and very nice and sociable.
Awful! Came on Sunday at noon for dim sum. I can speak Cantonese btw.- no rolling carts so all made to order (which is fine)- 40 min in we got 4/8 items, called waiter and he rudely said it was coming but didn't even check my order- only later coming back to check what items were missing- the beef ball was raw inside (see photo)- lobster dumpling which was recommended in the menu was $12 and had a TINY piece of lobster and shrimps took 1 hour to come- bean curd with supreme soup was tasteless- pineapple bun was pale and cold (photo)- water and tea wasn't refilled- about $6/item which is pricy but not worth it- menu has no pictures- my stomach is upset on car ride homeDon't recommend at all for dim sum. I should've known since they don't even have a dim sum such.
