I wish I could actually rate this restaurant, but my order was cancelled by the restaurant. I placed my order for delivery and after reading the reviews I thought I’d still give it a shot. Not even a minute later I got a notification saying the restaurant cancelled my order and weren’t doing orders today. They are open until 7pm, I ordered at 3:30pm for some pupusas. Instead of canceling the order, there could have been option suggestions for items not in stock. This mall is never busy, so I don’t understand why a restaurant couldn’t fulfill 1 order of 5 pupusas. It’s bad enough that they charge for the cabbage and sauce.

We ordered delivery yesterday because several items were bogo free on the app. we figured if it was bad, at least it would be cheap. we ordered 2 enchiladas salvadorien, which were delicious. i don’t know what they are but they’re so good, 2 chicken salad sandwiches which are fresh and well made but meh, 2 hotdogs with fries, which were also delicious and not what we were expecting, and an assortment of pupusa which were all cheesy and crispy and fantastic. my child is already begging me to order this again.
Worst Restaurant, the Food its old and horrible, the Service the worst with bad actitud and you wanna ask anything to the staff and they just ignoring you, horrible service.

Used to be a REGULAR customer this time I'm not coming back.I used to come to this place regularly maybe it was a different owner. It is true now Tuesday takes forever to get your order. I even order it by phone and they will tell you that is going to be 45 min and end up waiting for another 30min when you get there. This happened about a year ago that have to wait longer than stated time plus I got short on my order, I was missing 2 cheese pupusas, so I called them and they told me to pick them up, after all that wait time didn't want to go back. So I tried again this year and the same thing happened, had to wait more than half an hour after stated time over the phone. Things did not change I got the wrong amount of pupusas and called them to let them know. This time I'm not going back.I thought there was only one place on Tropicana. I was there about a month ago also and it was open.
The pupusas are amazing!Hands down one of the best in Las Vegas.Highly recommend !
I’m very disappointed with this restaurant and the service that it offers. I had to wait over an hour and 10 minutes to receive our food, by the time our food was coming out we were not even hungry at this point. On top of that, when asked to speak to the manager they had informed us that she was not present, I then proceeded to ask for a number where I could speak to someone about the situation and they handed us a paper with the store number and said there was no way of talking to someone. The food was cold. Very disappointed and will not return again.
Awesome Pappusas?
Food was tasty and made quickly, had a variety of pupusas and some of the beef sopes and would 100% get again..wife loved the hot chocolate! Not sure about all the negative reviews given to this place because our experience was the opposite..
