Place is nice, Service is Great, cashing out is questionable???♂️ Been there a few times before & had no issue with getting the ‘Military Discount’ for my 20+ years of Serving this Nation & keeping the Security of all Families.But my last visit, the Manager on duty was hesitant / reluctant to provide the discount.For a town that has a large Military presence is sad that there should be any hesitation / reluctance to provide the discount to those that keep your Families Safe.
I've been to this PT's a handful of times and it's your standard bar but the service is a hit or miss. Last time I was there the bartender avoided my group for a good half hour (we were all guessing he was ready to clock out.) then he accused me of not paying for my Guinness but when he realized he was wrong he did apologize and that was it.
Bartender was unimpressive on a Tuesday night. Was not wanting to make an old fashion Makers Mark which has a large profit for little work. Stated she did not have the ability to make it due to not having Cherries… So what, make the drink and give it your best effort. You could tell her best effort was being saved for something other than her guests and employer.Played pool and ordered several more drinks minus the makers old fashion. Just beer… server was nice but took a very long time. We were going to order food but 20 minutes later and we had to ask for our check from the bartender. Of coarse she bounced us back to seeing the server who was very kind but had too many guests to serve. This took another 10 minutes. PT’s needs a director to ensure staff is set up for success but more so offering their best. Two thumbs down tonight and we will try again another night. We come here once a month and tonight we should have chosen elsewhere as we are leaving hungry and looking for a new spot. Glasses empty as well…Not so much PT’s, not so much…
Best PTs in town by far, awesome customer service, fast service, great atmosphere, and great selection of alcohol. I've been coming to this location for years and have never had anything but a good experience! In particular, Lil' Danny and Taylor are definitely some of the best bartenders in Las Vegas, highly recommended!

Erik was such a great barback tonight . i love his positive energy & so does everyone else at the bar . i’ll be back for sure .
This location is usually pretty good. But on this visit they messed up on my drinks. So I ended up just drinking a pop. But the pizza was delicious. ?
Absolutely love this location. Chill atmosphere, and one of the best places to go in Vegas for bar food. Easily the best wings I’ve had too. I don’t get out as much as I’d like to, but PT’s is always my first choice.Still, I’m curious about the gold fever wings. I get them every time and I’m positive it’s two different recipes.One is a 10, golden, sweet with a hint of spicy perfection and makes me want to come back every day.The other is an orange/brown color, not awful but not even close to the gold ones, totally different flavor. Is there a certain way to order them?
After a long day of work you come to get a cold beer and shoot some pool with your friends but Michelle made My experience not as pleasant, she asked me for my ID and as provided to her on her hand she literally just tossed my ID back to the counter and neglected to my order . I understand we all have bad days but this was un called for. She gave my friend his beer directly to him but put mine to the side for another employee to give me Jennifer made all the difference and helped us the rest of the night. Because of Jennifer I will come back but you should please educate Michelle to have some manners o change her job , thank you.
A really nice PT's. The staff was nice. And the food was really good. The pool tables were Lit Up! And fun!
