Last time I ate here the ribs were pretty good. The meat fell right off the bone. This time they were way overcooked and the bone fell off the bone. Even the chips were overdone."If you could come back and let me make this right on me I'd appreciate it. Let me know thank you" -Thanks, How do I take you up on your offer?
Great taste price is fair... they give yiu just enough... it smelled so good that I didn't get a before pic but will go back again before my trip is over.... the staff was wonderful also with extra this and that the lady always ask for... and we watch the bands play from out booth
Tasty BBQ! A good spot for a quick bite on Fremont Street. Pro tip; if you order the meat as a side it’s only $5 and is a decent portion (the sandwich is $14).
This is a very good food truck. We ordered the pulled pork tacos and brisket empanadas. The sides were quite yummy as well. Get the elote cup. You won't be disappointed.
Project BBQ was the perfect end to our first day in Vegas! My husband and I shared a Bratwurst Sandwich and a Pulled Pork Street Tacos - and both were very flavorful and filling. The truck and the tables are located right by one of the open concert stages in the Fremont Street Experience, giving us front row seats to whoever happens to be playing. Another advantage is the super close proximity to the Circa bar, which had a variety of drink options. This is a must-try if you're in the Fremont Street Experience!
All I can say is. NAILED IT!! We got into town late and we're looking for a place still open without having to leave the strip. I came across a review of this place and we stopped in to check it out. Not only is it right on Freemont, it has absolutely amazing BBQ. We put our order in and watched the live concert right on the strip. We ordered the Project Platter and Mac N Cheese. For $20 the platter is enough for two people, the Truffle Bacon Mac N Cheese was just icing on the cake so to speak. If you go make sure you get it! My buddy got the Garbage bowl and it was incredible as well. I highly recommend this place when you are in Vegas and looking for not only a place to eat, but an experience. You will not be disappointed and I will definitely be back!
This food was out of this world!!! We got the project platter and it was too much for 2 people and trust me I eat a lot. The barbecue sauce is delicious and the meat is super tender. The guy serving us Marquis was on top of everything. As soon as we even gave him a look to say we needed something he ran over. Definitely come to this place.
The project platter was so delicious, perfect amount for 2 people to split which brings it to only 10 a person, for a great portion. And it's a way to try everything on the menu! The meats were so good, not dry, perfectly juicy, and still had that yummy char smokiness taste. Best of both worlds tasting smoke and fire grilled! The sausage was also delicious. Love love love the potato chip nachos thing that is also on the platter. I do thing it would benefit from some sour cream on the nachos. Slaw was ok, nothing compared to the rest of the dishes.I also ordered the elote cup, super flavorful!! Perfect with the squeeze of lime.
KC BBQ is hard to beat but the brisket sandwich or the street tacos from this place are incredible! Mouth watering, so incredibly good and next time I'm in Vegas Ill go back!!!! Right next to one of the 3 stages in Fremont so grab some BBQ and a beer and enjoy the show!
Very very small portions for the price. I got a 4 meat "platter." I like my meat dry. It was all covered in sauce. No choice of sauce offered either. Won't go here again. Only 3 tiny slivers of sausage link ?
