We were lucky to get a patio view which made the evening extra special. Food is lovely and staff are extremely attentive. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely meal at Prime to celebrate a recent retirement. The food and service was just as we remembered from previous trips - excellent beyond compare. Try the bacon wrapped shrimp in passion fruit mustard sauce and/or the Caesar salad, made with their own special dressing. We ordered the filet mignon and the sea bass - both done to perfection with truffle mashed potatoes and carrots. An incredible meal with a great table with fantastic front row view of the fountains. Kudos to Russell and Steve for their attentive service. The manager made an appearance to give personal congratulations and the retiree was presented with a special Congratulations dessert plate with macrons. Top notch service, as we have come to expect from Prime!

Wonderful location on the fountain level of The Bellagio. We took advantage of the concierge at our hotel to make our reservations. Their patio has an awesome view of the fountain show. We had a late seating (around 9pm) but we never felt rushed and our service was top notch. We started with the bacon wrapped shrimp and a cup of the onion soup. Both of which were good choices. My filet was a little over cooked for my liking, our server noticed it and before I could stop her she quickly took my plate and brought me a new one. (cooked perfectly) We had a great meal finished with a huge piece of cheesecake.

We went to Prime to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. I made a reservation on the terrace and they gave us the best seat, right against the railing so we didn’t have anyone else blocking our view of the fountains. We started with the bacon wrapped shrimp, I had the peppercorn New York and my husband had the F1 Rib Eye and we shared the truffle mashed potatoes and assorted carrots. Everything was beyond amazing. The meal was pricy, but so worth it. The waiters were friendly, water and drinks were always full, and came around often to check in on us. They even brought out two macaroons with a candle for his birthday on the house. A very thoughtful gesture. We will be back for sure!

Big thanks to Aaron and the entire Prime Steakhouse staff for making our evening a night for the memories. The professionalism and atmosphere here is unmatched! Food was excellent and the service impeccable. I always visit this establishment every trip to Vegas and they have always been consistent. The General Manger (Aaron) is one of the best!

We had a 5pm reservation. I requested in advance a seat with a view if the fountains, to which they obliged us! The view was gorgeous. The food was so good! I had the seared sea bass , my husband had the bone in Ribeye. Both were extremely delicious and huge portions. The sides are large enough to split. It is quite pricey. UT we knew that going in and was fine with it. Our meal for 2 cost a little over $250. We would definitely go again!

If you’re looking for quality steak, look no further, this is definitely the place! I had the most amazing time with my partner here. We came to celebrate his birthday and it was exactly what we excepted. Beautiful view, absolutely amazing food and great service. Loved the cocktails as well, very well crafted. Definitely will be coming again when we visit Vegas!

Prime is an amazing dining experience for special occasions, or for regular high-end dining. Definitely try to get a patio seat as the fountain makes the experience so much better.Service is very attentive. Food and utensils are delivered and remove efficiently, without making you feel rushed.Plan for a comfortable 90 minutes or more for dining. The steaks and sides are all as delicious as you'd expect.

We visited with another couple celebrating a 40th birthday in April. Booked a couple of months in advance and requested patio seating and what our birthday celebration. Unfortunately the weather was breezy and whilst people were sat on the patio, the fountains were not working due to the weather conditions. With that in mind we were happy to be given a window viewfrom inside. Service was good, food very tasty and recommended wine/cocktails divine. A photographer comes around taking taking photos and presents them after your meal and our friends purchased a couple. Was sad and disappointed to see nothing was arranged for our friends 40th, no recognition, no dessert plate which we saw others have and have had in the past when visiting to celebrate a special occasion. The check was on the high side for mains and drinks but all in all a gorgeous setting for that special occasion.

This was supposed to be the highlight of our weekend in Vegas but it was far from it. The waiter was miserable and made us quite unwelcome. However, the biggest disappointment was the quality of the food. We were a party of 8 and each of us complained about the saltiness of the food. Everything was over salted - the steaks, the sides and even the salads. One steak was so salty that it was inedible and was returned. However, even the replacement was too salty! We are regular visitors to Vegas and this is the first time we have been disappointed by any of the top restaurants. There are many fine restaurants to choose from in Vegas. Don’t waste your time and money on this one.
