Popeyes has never let me down. It's always delicious, service isn't always the fastest, but I don't mind cause everybody loves that chicken from Popeyes! Plus, I always have a big order so that might actually be the reason, duh. Keep up the good food.
Terrible service waited in the drive-thru 36 minutes to get my order .During this time several employees walking around with no clue that there was 14 cars in the drive-thru. Most of them were just getting off work apparently. ORDERED macaroni and cheese and the cheese was not melted .there was more cheese on the outside of the container then inside. Normally a good spot with good service but this time ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
I ordered the "2 can dine" which includes 5 pieces of the chicken (via the drive thur.) I requested all Thighs, which the clerk at the window said was not a problem, what I got was 1 Thigh, 2 legs and 2 wings which was full of (gross)feathers the chicken was also over cooked. When I got to the window to pay the clerk had a very, very bad attitude, so I went inside to speak with a manager and her attitude was worse. I won't be going back
The workers were nice but inefficient. That’s a sign of poor management. Waited over 40 minutes for an order placed on their app just to be told out they were out of dark meat. Asked to pull around and my order would be brought to my car in 6 minutes. 15 minutes later, I went it to find my order was sitting there getting cold. The lobby was empty. It wasn’t even busy. Replace the management at this location.
Ordered a 5 piece spicy tenders combo. i got 3 tenders, not spicy and terribly undercooked... if i could give this place 0 stars i would. lazy people working there including the manager and this is coming from someone who also works in customer service.
Went to this Popeyes on Mother’s Day to buy myself a meal after work and this staff needs to start first grade again to learn addition .it’s the fourth time I been here and was short on my order. I’m tired of bad service if I paid my money do your job right.
Asked for extra sauce on the side.... this isn't the first time they gave me a dry sandwich too. At this location. This is just embarrassing. Also they're not answering their phone

Literally the worst Popeyes in existence. The staff is rude. The manager is useless, literally walked outside and refused to help his staff. They had the newest employee on the register, I actually felt sorry for her. Food took over 45 mins to get to us and it wasn't a dinner rush or anything. They do not care. At all. No customer service really. They do not care
I gave this place multiple chances, every time we order from here our order is wrong. Last night I ordered a 16 piece spicey family meal with two boxes of fries and Mac and cheese. And when my order got here It was a 16 piece regular, with only one side. Red Beans And rice. with no fries or mac and cheese. I was furious because I had to drive up there after paying for delivery. After I got there I couldn't even be mad anymore. It was a bunch of overworked kids that looked like they had just given up. Popeyes, you should be ashamed of yourself for being so understaffed. For what you charge for your food, you should pay better wages. My order was over 50 bucks. This place is nothing like the Popeyes I am used to, and now because of the quality of your service have lost another customer.
