This is unacceptable. How can you serve a burnt bun like this ? ???. I will never eat here again.

I’ve been here today around 4:50pm - 5:00pm and the manager which is a lady was very rude when I was trying to redeem my validation for the free 2 piece and a biscuit with a purchase of a large drink. She told me rudely that it does not come with a biscuit but it clearly says it on the receipt that it does. So she did not honor the the promo for my meal. I also wanted to say the guy that was working the window was very polite unlike his manager.

I swear every time I come here they mess up my order! This time I bought $38 worth of food and I only got part of my order. I was missing a whole meal, one side and two apple pies. I now always check my order before I leave as I learned from past messed up orders. Even when I got the missing order it was wrong. I ordered an all white two piece and got a breast and leg. Like I don’t understand! How hard is it to read an order screen that you were trained on????!!!!! IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Mike and staff at store #12145 was great, fast and friendly through the whole experience. They Went out of their way to make my food fresh and hot. It was some of the best Popeyes I’ve had! So thank you for making my day ??

Store was close due to shortage of staff. The drive through however was open BUT the line was ridiculously slow. I was about 14 cars behind and mind you it took literally 8-10 minutes per car to drive off with there food. Eventually after 3:30pm, they just decided to entirely close the store leaving the people who waited for almost an hour with no choice but to leave and have wasted their time.If management can't pay a decent wage for employees to stay or to apply then just shut down the entire store food good.

Horrible experience. First of all, most of the menu was unavailable (no sandwiches or tenders), then I was having to wait in the drive thru for 30min (trapped really, because once you are in line with other cars behind you, you can't leave!), just for them to take forever to get my order. Maybe you can't help running out of supplies, but does that mean running out of "customer service" is acceptable as well? Then, when I FINALLY get to the window, no "I apologize for the wait" or anything. Just slow service... most of the time the guy at the window engaged in a non-work conversation with another employee WHILE handing me my food! He couldn't even look at me and tell me "thank you... have a nice day!" I was there on Friday May 6 3:30pm.. who ever was working the drive thru window then needs a lesson in work ethic. Does this guy WANT to get fired, or do ALL the employees work this poorly?

I'll never be back to Popeyes. 430 in the afternoon ans you can't go inside to get food. "Lobby closed due to unerstaffing") I'd been looking forward to it all day, but if you don't have a car, they don't want your money. if you can't operate the business in the fashion thay it is supposed to be operated, you shouldn't be open. period. There is plenty of other places thay do not discriminate against folks on foot, and they will get my money from. now on. Nevada Rotisserie is right across the street.

My spouse and I decided to go to Popeyes because we were craving it and not only we were in line for 15 min patiently waiting when we got to the intercom the lady was rude. While my spouse was ordering he paused for a quick second and this woman’s responds “ sir can you not take all day to order because there’s cars behind you” very much with an Attitude and extremely unprofessional. When WE waited patiently for the cars infront of us to order. My spouse and I were shocked how this woman spoke to him when my spouse just got off of work and he is a ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBER We finish and pull up and I said we are not eating here. How DARE this woman this insignificant woman have poor customer service skills, when she is the first engagement with your customers. We didn’t pay we just went drove thru the drive in and didn’t get our food because I DID NOT want my food being handled or given to us by some woman who doesn’t have respect and has no respect to your customers. Little did she know she was disrespectful to an active military personnel ! RIGHT after he had a long day from work and just wanted food from his “favorite” spot. We will NOT eat here again .

Today was a bad day but I got my chicken thanks to a very good manager. To the manager and crew: Thank you for correcting the order without attitude. I always appreciate when people have good attitudes working with public.Phab and her staff were very professional and corrected it quickly. I would also like to apologize as well for not checking the order before I drove away. Thanks again!

We sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes or so after we placed our order waiting to even get to the drive thru window. There was only one car in front.However there were five cars that pulled in behind us and all five backed out of the drive thru due to the wait.When we got to the window there were four employees sitting there talking trying to figure out what happened to all the cars behind us.No apologies for pretty long wait and then we open our food and it was old. Not even fresh.Will not return.
