To Popeyes, I can't thank you enough for bringing back the Cajun rice. I sure missed it and I believe many customers did, too. It was tastier after I mixed my side order of brown gravy with it, and makes my chicken meal fulfilling ?
The store seemed to be staffed adequately. It did take some time to receive your order. Drive thru was backed up as well. Food came hot and tasty. Chicken crust was darker than usual but did not affect the taste. Seating area was clean. Beverage station was tidy and clean. Restrooms are locked for customers only. Non customers seems to take all supplies and make a mess. Handicap parking right in front of entrance. Parking lot on the smaller side.
I've got to start by saying I ate at the popeyes restaurant in the Excalibur hotel not this one. But cannot find a way of reviewing that one. I went twice and both time left thinking the chicken must have been anorexic. Saying that, I've never tasted better fries.
The young man at the counter was amazing, did his job with enthusiasm and stayed busy sanitizing tables while no guest arrived. I should have made note of his name he deserves recognition.
What a joke. Lobby is closed an hour early. I sat in line for 20 minutes to be told that the refuse to cook what I wanted to eat because they were closing hours early, and my only options were food they've already cooked.No one wants cold chicken. It's a deep fryer. What can it take? 5 minutes? I understand being tired but if you're not cooking food, close the line down.
I love Popeyes but this is not the best location for sure. The manager took our order wrong witch meant the food came out wrong. This messed every single item up. I ordered fries they gave me mac and chz. I ordered a 8 piece mild I got 2 mild the rest spicy. I ordered the ne Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich with sauce on the side and it came with the sauce on it. All the food was fresh and very hot ?. That is the best thing I can say about this location. I might go back one day but it will be a long time for sure. The employee was very nice but if she had taken the order right way this might not have happened. If I could give negative stars this place would get some.
One of the better Popeyes in the Vegas area. The person who took my order was very friendly and professional. Even though they were very busy, she and the entire staff were very courteous.
RAW CHICKEN!Went through the drive-through and they told me straight to my face. “I know you're just here for the refund I know your chicken wasn't raw”She was acting like I was wrong for being upset about eating raw food. I hope her manager sees this because it's unacceptable. Order #620
This operation is below average on all aspects. The last few times of ordering through doordash resulted in waiting almost an hour before the orders were cancelled. Decided to order through their app for pick up and still waited almost an hour to watch the inside of the location stand around while time stacked up. Very poor management. Will not order at this location ever again. Stay away.
Came here the other night, the Mexican boy kept opening the window asking what I wanted. Like he forgot he had customers at the window. Didn’t give me all my items. Today, same guy. Gave me 1/2 lemonades. Definitely not coming to this location anymore
