Did not get all my order and manager accused me of dishonesty. This is what I got for the 8 piece sampler. Wrote to corporate but no response of the incident
Drive thru closed every time I come to this Popeyes. I'm not trying to stand in line for 20 minutes fix your drive thru.
Waited in the Drive-thru almost an hour. Requested fresh nuggets on a order of (48). Was assured they'd be fresh. Got to the window, he said they only have (36) left. I asked "Are they fresh?" He said "Yes". I said "Yes, I'll take them". Got my food, drove off, not even a more than 2 minutes have gone passed when I went in the box to grab a nugget. They were NOT fresh. Wasn't worth it to go back and wait again. I won't be making a visit to this location anytime soon!
Over the last few months, I have not gone to Popeyes because the wait time has been too long to order and receive food. I drove past and saw that there were only 4 cars in the drive thru so I decided to stop and grab dinner. After waiting in the same spot for 10 minutes, I was going to leave but a car had pulled in behind me so I was forced to stay. I waited another 30 minutes before I made it to the intercom to order. A lady asked me to wait and she would take my order shortly. I waited another 5 minutes and took it upon myself to say "hello" into the intercom to place my order. A man then answered and asked to take my order. I asked the man if I could receive a discount due to waiting over 30 minutes in line. His response was "Well, everybody has been waiting in line" (sarcastically.) I work in customer services and even if he was not able to give a discount, this response was unacceptable. He could have said something like "Unfortunately, I cannot offer a discount but I do apologize for the wait." The employee never apologized for the wait time and continued with sarcastic responses. I wound up just leaving without food. The original reason that I went to grab fast food was because I had a lot to do after work and did not have time to cook. This messed up my plans to finish everything I needed to do last night. This encounter was frustrating, time consuming and I didn't even get food from Popeyes.
Food is good. Never the problem..but waiting 33 minutes in the drive through just to place an order. Then another 15 minutes to pay??? Wow! Staffing can't be That Bad... But it is one cook one on the register and one additional staff member, who just started yesterday. That is it.
Popeyes is my favorite chicken place by far - love this food. This store was busy and it was a long wait to get the food through the drive-thru. The staff was friendly enough, the order was correct, and the food was hot. Overall, this was very good, just had to wait a little longer for that delicious chicken.
Just had a Fabulous experience at This Popeyes location. In a time of Understaffing and Bad customer Service. Robert the Manager made me feel like I was a Celebrity or Something. This Man has the Most humble and Positive Spirit. Even his Crew was happy and Smiling...Much Respect to Robert and the rest of his Associates
We love Popeyes but they were closed at 7pm when they say they are open till 10pm. Don’t go to this one without calling first. Drive through closed too.
Unfortunately the day I went there for the first time will probably be my last due to the customer service. I was in line for approximately 20 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and a drink. Customer service representative from Popeyes did not have very much to say except for sorry we don't have any straws. If one or the other had happened it probably wouldn't have been as difficult to swallow. But to wait 20 minutes for a drink without a straw and a customer service representative who didn't really want to beat there was kind of off-putting.
Waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line to order an 8-piece family meal (comes with 1 large side and 4 biscuits). Before driving off, I asked the lady for extra packets of honey (for the biscuits obviously). Got home to only find out that the chicken was cold and the biscuits were missing. Let's get it together, Popeyes!
