Awesome place inside the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino! Large menu selection and some of the menu items are prepared with emphasis on Chinese traditional cooking. The place is always busy and has a huge local clientele. Off the Strip and easy to get to. They are usually open pretty late as well, so it is nice to be able to enjoy the Strip and get a good Chinese style meal late night especially on weekends. Shrimp dishes and the Mongolian beef are awesome!! There are some dishes with duck as well, also very good. It is an excellent alternative off the Strip. Platters usually are pretty large. Been here several times and never had a bad meal. Highly recommend for locals, guests, and visitors.

DISAPPOINTING. 15-minutes before a single cart passed by our table. 25-minutes before Pork/Shrimp Shumai made it to our table. The most annoying part was watching tables that were sat AFTER you have carts go up to them before your table. Also, note, you have to be the obnoxious table that flags them down in order to get served. So, if you are sitting next to that obnoxious table, you will get passed up every time. When we finally got a hold of our waiter he even used his head

When we finally got a hold of our waiter he even used his headset to tell dim sum to come over and didn’t really amount to anything. TIP: If they seat you in the middle table behind the large abacus (behind their glasses and cup station) ask for a different table, apparently the carts avoid this table like the plague (see photo) I frequently am visiting Vegas and have so many friends/family there. My last trip, I elected against Ping Pang Pong because the reviews were not that great. However, when my cousin’s co-workers highly recommended it and called it the BEST - she was the second person that had heard it was THE BEST, so we went. I KNEW the reviews wouldn’t steer me wrong. If you’re looking for “the best” dim sum, you can quite frankly pick any place in Vegas and it’ll be better. I do have to say the Seafood Shumai was very good. But the Pork/Shrimp Shumai, Har Gow, Sesame Balls, Hot & Sour Soup were not anything any other dim sum place can compete with. For reference, I grew up on Chicago Chinatown Dim Sum SHOUTOUT TO THE BUSSERS: That were pretty much busting their butts the entire service. RESERVATIONS: Their website says they highly recommend reservations but when you call they say they don’t take reservations lol

Service is very very slow. We were seated by the kitchen and the carts just pass us by without stopping! Finally had to ‘order’ the items we want. Food tasted good but took a while to get it.

I have enjoyed the food here for years! They have yet to disappoint. The line was long (but it was Mother's Day), we had a party of 3 and waited about 20 minutes. Food is hot, fresh and served quickly. Tried the Dim Sum, it was good. Unfortunately, they did not have several items on the menu. The Dim Sum prices were about $6 each.

It was surprisingly good! Interesting way to serve. Front desk tram not so friendly but the rest of the crew was super nice. The food also tasted good and great size portions

A nice Chinese restaurant inside of the casino, the menu is abundant that there are many kinds of different dim sums, and the Feng Zhua is very juicy and soft.

I really enjoyed my visit here. I will say that the service was a little scattered. Wasn’t exactly quick or attentive. But the food was very good. We started with some spring rolls and I had the sea bass and my friend had seafood noodles. We both really enjoyed them and it was a ton of food.

What happened? This used to be one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Las Vegas. My wife and I showed up for lunch/dim sum. We were seated immediately with no line at 1:30pm Monday. This place used to be packed. No longer. My wife ordered the Turnip Cake, Hot Tea and White Rice. Her entree was the Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. She enjoyed it. I ordered the Walnut Honey Shrimp and a Iced Tea. Over sweet. Refills on my iced tea were hard to come by. Up-charge for white rice, hot tea and finding someone to pay the bill is difficult. Management and Boyd Gaming better start paying attention. The Palms reopens this week with some stiff completion. You also have the Rio and Chinatown next door. Take the chip off your shoulder with the past and improve this restaurant. You also need to improve your website with the correct prices and menu items.

If I could rate this 0 out of 5, I would. This more more a warning than a review. We especially chose this place for a special anniversary meal. We went for dim sum lunch after reading it was rated the best Asian restaurant in Las Vegas 6 times in a row. Well, we waited 30 minutes in a long line, finally got seated and never got served. Three times people came to our table, smiled as I pointed our orders, said “a few minutes” and disappeared. Carts whirled past us. Tables of Asians surrounding us were getting plate loads of food. Half an hour in, we got our drinks. An hour later, we left. They charged us for our drinks after hearing our tale! I felt discriminated. We wrote a letter to management. No reply. This is not the best Asian restaurant in Las Vegas.
