The staff is wonderful, quick, knowledgeable, and attentive to your every need. They work as a team to serve you and do so with style and grace.I don't even have words to describe the food. Fabulous isn't good enough, superb is too faint, life-changing would not be exaggerating. I almost hesitate to post the pictures because they don't do it justice. If you want to feel special, cosseted and loved, order Pat's meatballs. Tender, moist, flavorful. These are made by someone who knows how to make meatballs properly!I swear when I split the first one open angels sang. My husband had the veal parmesan and said it was amazing. (he ate the leftovers for breakfast the next morning before our plane and told me if he couldn't finish he would dump anything else we were bringing back so he could pack it in ice and take it! No worries, it got carried on in his tummy lol.)Best food in Las Vegas. In my humble opinion this is the one restaurant you must go to if you are ever in Vegas.
The appetizers were delighted- we ordered the calamari, ceviche, and burrata. I got the salmon, and my coworker got the penne vodka. Her penne was so good. My salmon was good but albeit a little dry, and considering it was $47 just for the filet, I expected a little more. Otherwise, a delicious meal.
The Garbage Caesar salad is fabulous. Not on the menu, but the best. Server(Justin ) was outstanding! Pieroâs really know how to treat their customer's! First class all the way!!!
Brenden is an excellent server!

The hostesses and servers were the best! I especially thank Joe, Tim, Billy, Jackie and Savannah!
Just a perfect night. We all loved our food, the service was incredible, it couldnât have been better!
We were greeted by an attractive hostess with a warm and friendly smile. The ambiance here is fantastic with a plethora of nostalgia. The service was also very good and JR was an attentive waiter. The pasta was just average, fish overcooked, hence the four stars. Iâd give it a try again though whenever back in LV.
Jimmy the waiter is Awsome. Steaks was tough. The food was a 6. Pasta was a 8 1/2. Restaurant atmosphere was a 8.That’s it.
Piero’s provides the classic Italian restaurant experience and one I enjoyed so often growing up in New Jersey. The service is impeccable and the food is delectable. The ambience, however, is the real clincher. The different rooms were opulent. We sat in a back room which filled up while we were there. Regular customers came in - greeted by their first names - calls were made for permission to release special tables - and the chatter among the patrons and staff felt like a large Italian family in New Year’s Eve. Located in a stand alone building near the Convention Center - Piero’s is an absolute must. Centi Anni to Piero’s!
