Excellent brown rice, as well as chicken in a delicious sauce and green beans (both gluten free!!)
Out of my whole experience in eating in restaurants this was so far the worst one. Our family asked for the food and all of sudden the staff is blaming us for not telling the staff correctly, but we said it loud and clear that we wanted 2, one meal combo. The worker also uses her hands to eat while giving us the food. She doesn’t even help us to give us our food or our receipt, instead we had to take it on our own. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen before. This is why they have like a lot I mean a lot of one star reviews.

Love the fried rice and they have generous portions.
By far this was the worst food I ate in Las Vegas. It was flavorless, rubbery and not cheap. Definitely stay away.
Osmar should not work here anymore, he was very rude, he ignored me while I asked him for questions. You would expect Osmar the cashier to represent great customer service for a location that is very busy but noo.. we had to had to ask 4 times for a bag and he would ignore me and start doing other things.
I door dash, a customer placed a order here an I accepted the dash to retrieve it. Being in a casino I had to park in the drop off only no parking area turn on my hazards then run inside to retrieve the order. Arriving at the restaurant.The store manager was upset. I informed her that I was there to pick up an order. She said the order was going to take 3 more minutes. I said ok. But then she started staring at me as I waited. After about a good 30 seconds of her standing there staring at me I said “I’m here to pick a order for Ava L” again an she began to get very hostile saying “ yeah I heard you, I said give me 3 minutes” I said ok I can wait an she stood there staring at me so I asked is everything ok an she just stared some more folding her arms looking me right in my face. After about 30 seconds I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager so I asked for her name. She replied “the store manager” at that point I realized it’s been 10 minutes, the order still wasn’t being prepared and the conversation was only going to get worst so I cancelled the pick up on the app and rushed back to my car “The store manager” was very unprofessional an picked a fight with me. So the customer didn’t get there food. An I didn’t get a dime for experiencing her “customer service”

I came from out of town and really wanted to try Pick up STiX ! I was definitely not disappointed my food was fresh and absolutely delicious thank you Mella for being kind, courteous and giving my family and I a great experience! Will for sure be coming back next time.
