The best meal of our lives to date. The experience started with a perfect view of the Bellagio fountains from our table, I chose the 5 course and my wife chose the 4 course menu and we chose to add the iberico jamon course as well.The meal started with what appeared to be a single mozzarella stick and a small cup of sauce, complements of Chef Julian Serrano. I admit I was a little confused and disappointed, until I had a bite. It was actually an amazing croquette with an incredible tomato sauce and a creamy gazpacho topped with toasted almonds. It only got better from there.I'm going to let the pictures do the rest of the talking, everything was incredible, but the best part of the evening was when my wife took her first bite of souffle. Her eyes rolled back, as she exhaled her whole body slumped in the pleasure of the bite. She is not one to react to food like that, ever.This meal was to celebrate our 20th anniversary and it was truly an experience we will warmly remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you to all the staff at Picasso for making our special day even more special!

We went to celebrate a birthday and everything was perfect since we walk through the door until we left. The food is delicious. Shout out to the bass. I highly recommend this place.

Truly a remarkable experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the views were all excellent. The waiters were very attentive and informative, the different plates on the tasting menu were unique both visually and flavor wise. Even the bread and dessert were great too. I highly recommend sitting outside as you get a wonderful view of the waterfront and the “Eiffel tower”. If you are worried about prices you shouldn’t be dining here.
Booked a table at Picasso for our Anniversary. It’s a set menu with very little choice. It is a 3 course meal with a starter, a main course and dessert. For dessert you have about 5 options, dinner there are about 3 options, same for the starter. The food wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. The Filet Mignon was small and tasteless. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you can’t get in anywhere else. The ambience is nice and the service is top notch though. You can go outside and take a picture on the balcony with a beautiful background and the water fountains. Not a cheap restaurant. High class for sure.

Honestly there are not good enough words in the English language to express how GREAT the restaurant is! It’s hands down the best meal and experience I have ever had. A+++. Food, service and atmosphere are off the chart. Jose P waited on us and I can truly say it was a joy to have him walk us through the experience. The food was incredible! Sit outside if you want to experience the fountains up close! C’était vraiment super!

regrettably, the most memorable experience here was the dessert and chocolate bar you get to take home. that said, it is very cool that there are genuine picasso pieces at the restaurant!
