Service outstanding. Delicious taro smoothie. I liked the Pho but prefer less meat and noodles just my preference. They do not include the bone but assured me the bone marrow was in the broth.

Its been a while since we dine in her at pho saigon 8 ordered Soup #18 x 4 and #1 fried eggrool.Gave 4 star only coz their #60 always not available when my kids want it.

Food is absolutely delicious, it's the service that needs to get better.

Great service here. I don’t usually post reviews without the company asking for one but today I had to. Came in to pickup a phone order and while waiting almost every worker stopped to make sure I was taken care of asking if I needed anything or have been helped yet. I work in customer service myself and so when k receive great service, I appreciate it.

Best spring rolls that I have had in years. The very best Beef Pho that I have had in the US. I searched out the best in my huge city, this beats them all.

Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, well spiced. The mango boba is amazing. This place is a little gem ?

Portion sizes were excellent, the food was tasty and service was quick. However, paying was a bit odd because you never get to actually see the bill- you just go up to the counter and pay. I'd recommend the pho and coffee!

In A Nutshell:-Pho Saigon 8 is an average pho restaurant in Chinatown Vegas.-I tried the #25 brisket & tendon.-The brisket was very tough & dry, but the tendon made up for it since it was nice & soft.-The broth is good, the veggies were also a nice amount.Overall, as I stated above this is an average pho restaurant, nothing really stands out about it.

Pho Saigon 8 on spring mountain is my favorite pho spot in Las Vegas. I refuse to eat at any other pho spot. Their sautee (chilli oil) is the perfect thing to add to their pho, and their fried egg rolls are always on point.

Today 11/14/21 The Lord's Day Sunday we again had a great lunch following church. Kim & the other girl's serving us were verypolite and eager to serve our usual Sunday lunch. As a Vietnam Veteran I am sopleased to partake of fineVietnamese foods. Best restaurant in Vegas! Five Star Service.
