Love this place. Very welcoming staff and best Pho!
I normally don't leave reviews but going to have to this time. Restaurant was half empty when my party of 5 arrived on Sunday and it still took them 20 minutes to sit us at a table. My group ordered 5 XL pho dac biet, 2 egg roll orders, and a Thai tea. From the time of order it took 20 mins to bring out waters, 45 minutes for them to bring out the bean sprouts to our table, 1 hour to bring the egg rolls, and finally 1 hour and 15mins to bring out the 5 bowls of pho. We never even got the Thai tea. The server did not once check up on us or apologize for the long wait time for food. All in total it took around 2 hours from arriving to finishing our food. Pho was mediocre but ok if you're hungry. I would recommend leaving and going somewhere else if you only see one waiter.
Dirty, unprofessional, untrustworthyThe person who took my wife's order over the phone barely speaks English and can't take an order. She kept hanging up on my wife when she didn't even give her name for the order or complete the order. My wife ordered a P1 according to their menu and when I arrived to pick up the order the lady asked me to confirm what we ordered and I said P1 and they made something completely different. She took the order to the back and told the cook that the order is a P1 and the cook started yelling to the point where everyone could hear him from the dining area. On top of that, you could hear him throw cooking utensils around. I was trying to get the lady's attention to just cancel the order, but she was hiding in the kitchen area.I got impatient and left and called them immediately over the phone to cancel the order because I didn't trust the cook with my wife's food at this point
This was my favorite place to get Pho. I ordered my LAST order through Postmates. The restaurant said they weren't familiar with the app. I told them my name and I had the confirmation up on my phone. One lady refused to give me my order that I already paid for...a young man comes out looks at the name on the order, asks me my name, and then tells the lady to give me the order. He goes to the back. The lady still refuses to give me the food. Shouting match ensues. I call to the other guy and ask if he can come back out. He comes out with another lady and now I am trying to pick up my order with THREE people! The guy says that they are not familiar with the Postmates app. He said are you picking up the food or are you going to eat it? I said "I'm picking up the food AND I'm going to eat it!'. Then the guy says...after 15 minutes... Well just show her some I'd. I showed the ID. I was finally given my food. I will NEVER go back there.
Love the food and fast. Good customer service.
Had the banh mi trung and vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. I have had a lot of banh mi sandwiches before, but first time trying one with fried eggs, it makes a great breakfast sandwich and tasted pretty good with the fresh veggies. Fairly reasonable price too. Good place for quick bite.
No-frills, honest noodle joint at reasonable prices. My previous Pho joint in Las Vegas had closed a few years ago, so I was looking for a new one; this one will be it!The rice noodle will have many customization options, including chicken (Pho Ga), meatballs (Pho Bo Vien), and vegetarian. If ordering the standard beef version, either have the house special with all the different types of beef, or choose from a list of different types (up to 3). Tasted every bit as excellent as my favorite joint back in Southern California. The decor is no-frills but pleasant as well. I don't like Pho places that look too upscale, and this is how it should be. Wonderful servers as well!
It took them 36 minutes to bring my food out. They literally served 4 tables that came in after me first. They kept giving me the update of 5 minutes every five minutes. But weren't apologetic about forgetting my order. So yeah no thanks.

Ordered 3 Banh Mi sandwiches. Only one is good and correct. The grill pork sandwich is really good. The "special" sandwich is just an egg sandwich. The third was supposed to be a Shrimp sandwich. Instead, it was something sort ham sandwich. Disappointed.
