The tofu is huge, soggy and not crispy at all.I really don't understand why they wouldn't cut it into smaller pieces so it could actually get crispy. Probably save them money on food cost too but oh well I guess. Firecracker sauce has barely any spice to it. Would like to give it another try but hate ordering lunch twice cause one sucked.
Everything we had was great the staff was awesome. The one thing that really bothers me is that you can't tip when you pay with a card. As high as inflation has gotten and you can't hook up the employees. You should really fix that
Not paying attention, I booked my flight to San Francisco for my 50th and didn’t think twice. Once I realized I had a layover for 2 hours it was to the closest bar near my terminal. When I walked into Pei Wei there was the most pleasant and kind person waiting to help me, Carol. She was pleasant and genuinely interested in my future endeavors. Needless to say, I go to Vegas often and now I’m going to head to terminal C19 just to say “hi” to the mixologist Carol
I frequent this location @ Canyon Pointe in Summerlin. My orders are placed through their APP always. Upon picking up my order, I noticed it was incorrect. The manager on shift at 1pm on March 25, 2022 insisted their order was correct even though I showed my order through the APP. After he realized the order was incorrect on their part, he commented…”do not use the APP. Call in the order because YOU are wasting MY food!” I asked to cancel the order and manager did not want to issue a refund.

Very good for take out. Not as good as some of the local Asian restaurants. Better than most Asian take outs from a fast food establishment.
Shoutout to the manager who was really nice. Took my order and did what I asked for.I am giving negative review base on the menu change. The dishes now have less vegetables. The tofu too breading and when u eat it to go, it's not crunchy. Definitely not as healthy as it used to be. No carrots, Broccoli, peas and so little peppers. The portion is really small, like half what it used to be.I will be saying good bye to Pei Wei.RIP 2010-2022
I wrote a previous review yesterday and wanted to update. I spoke with Esther, and she was super sweet! She did exactly what I was hoping for yesterday with Kassie which was to acknowledge there was a problem and help make it right. She was super sweet about the whole situation and is looking into why the order did not go through correctly so there aren’t any more problems (I showed her from my end that it was different than what they received). Esther has made a repeat customer from me.
I arrived just before the rush around 11:45am. I placed an order to go and it was ready in about 10 minutes, which was decent time considering how busy they were. The cashier was really friendly and was running around doing the job of 3 people. His name was Jose, I believe. The food was good. I do wish the staff had more help, for their sake.
This will be the last time I come here, last time I came the customer service was real bad that was last year. I tried and gave it a second chance. Everything smooth, total for my food 18.00 dollars. I give a hundred dollar bill they say sorry we can't take that, I say okay no problem, I give a 50.00 dollar bill. The manager says we can't take that quick, rude and to the point. I say all I have is cash, proceeds to tell me they can't serve me and togo to gas station. Place is pretty busy no reason she could not take the 50.00 dollars fdollar
