By far the best French bakery I've ever been to. The macaroons melt in your mouth. Literally! Everything there is top notch. Service is impeccable on top of it. Must try!
Arrived on 2/22 at 9:20am. There were 2 people seated at 1 table looking like waiting for their order to arrive. There was 1 person behind the counter. I made my order at 9.23 for a simple cold sandwich. I told the server I would like some over the counter items also. She asked if she could take the order of a lady who was behind me. She rang her up for a cappuccino. We than went to pick up the over the counter items and I paid for it all at 9:28. 2 other employees appeared behind the counter. I noticed the lady who ordered the cappuccino (after my ordering) was already gone, there were 2 more people seated and served before o received my order at 9:45. INCREDIBLE POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! What do you do if you ever get busy?????????????????????????????
The BEST Macarons I’ve ever had in this country in comparison to France! I bought at least 5 different kinds of macarons from this place and they were nothing short of amazing! The staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
Got my 40th birthday cake here. They did an amazing job. Delicious! Everyone was impressed. Thank you.
Love this bakery and have since their opening when they were on S. Durango. We always order our celebratory cakes here. I also stop in for their pastries and custard when I get a chance. My favorite crepe is their BLT. You can order on their website to cut your wait time down, too.
I had a wonderful experience here! They have a great selection of pastries that are to die for. I also got a double expresso which was delightful. The only negative was that they only had one worker at the time so the line was kinda getting long, some may have been on a break.
Wonderful neighborhood bistro and bakery with gorgeous desserts and delicious savory items. Highly recommended a croque monsieur, a baguette or their fruit tarts. The service is also wonderful too.
Our first time there. Customer service was poor. We didn't know if we should seat ourselves or If there was a host/hostess, no one to direct. Desserts and pastries in the display case looked outstanding. Ventured further in where you order at the counter. I had to get someone's attention to ask if I order there or sit at a table. We ordered French Onion soup, Escargot ($10) and two sandwiches (Le Parisien $10 each) ham, pickles, brie and butter with two sodas. The food was brought to the table without the drinks, had to go ask for them. The Escargot was absolutely delicious ?. The sandwich needs resuscitation. The slice of ham was transparent enough, you could read a newspaper through it. The brie must have been related to Casper the ghost because it was invisible and not desernible to the palet. The background music, tremendous 50's early 60's, loved it. Not impressed enough to go back.
We must have caught them on an off day. The service was terribly slow. The two ladies working didn't look like they wanted to be there. The coffee we got was pretty bad as well. No way it was made with espresso. Soup was also watered down. Cakes and pastries looked pretty good but we didn't order any of those. Maybe next time if we go back.
I get my eyebrows threaded next door at Safa…i wandered in because i was starving…Got a specially warmed massive muffin to dine in with milk and two cheese danish to go….Yum.Mers! Staff was super friendly. Touch pay accepted. Greats selection of baked goods. Def want to try the apple pie, cookies, croissants…basically everything there.
