Came here for a quick 2 night stay (comped rooms) and I have to say, this property is AMAZING. Smells very good, clean inside and out! The king room we had was perfect, bed was comfortable, shower was nice, and our view was perfect looking over T-Mobile arena and the mountains. The front desk clerk was very very helpful getting us checked in and not charging the early check in fee. This will be my new go to property when staying in Las Vegas! Oh yeah, the smoke free casino and property is even better! Highly recommended.
This was my 1st time staying here. I had a blast! The room was cozy, and the view was great. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The casino was even smoke-free. BIG PLUS! I had a tasty and filling breakfast at the Primrose Restaurant. The food was definitely worth the wait.
Stayed 4 nights. Room was great. Restaurants were great. Slots lots of fun. Spent lots of money. But I lost my phone. They found it. I can't believe that with all the money someone spends there. They actually charged me 30 bucks to send my phone to me. Like they don't make enough off everything else.
Great welcome by our concierge! polite, caring n helpful w/ our accommodations n planning♥️????????? we love the memories we have here?? Great location for fun , food, music entertainment and shows!?????
Smoke free was great! Nice casino, nice crowd, good restaurants.
check in was easy with friendly staff. parking is $12-$15 each time you leave the garage. non-smoking property is great. bed is comfy, room is clean but lacked usual amenities like refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. walls are thin, too; we could hear our neighbors opening/closing their blinds and closet/bathroom door. our shower leaked terribly causing a little lake in our bathroom.
We stayed at the MGM Grand. I wish we had stayed at the Park MGM! We were just there to see Garth brooks perform. My review is not about a hotel stay experience but just my experience inside the Park. Loved being able to breathe! It’s about time there was a non-smoking casino. I have nothing against people smoking. So it has nothing to do with that. But it makes your stay and your visit inside much more enjoyable when you’re eating your food, gaming and attending shows. Everyone that worked at the Park was extremely helpful with helping us find the will call, entrances and exits, it was beautiful inside with very easy signage so you can find all your restaurants and radio to go. I thought the venue was wonderful. Everyone at security was nice and kind. Lately when we have attended any shows in Vegas we are in a bad mood before we even enter the show because of how we are treated. You feel like you were treated like cattle and a criminal, with your bag checks and so on. They make a great experience by having lots of security around and police outside that keeps out the vagrant problem. We felt very safe and comfortable here. You must treat your employees very well because everyone was up beat and helpful. Everything was clean. Including all of the bathrooms were exceptionally clean! And even the bath attendees were very polite and kind and helpful. Next time we won’t make a mistake and we will book our room here! It has everything you want right in one spot with very happy helpful people. People make all the difference in your stay. We can’t wait to come back!
I have got questions from everyone about Park MGM because it’s redone. I’ll post here to help some things.Pros:View was beautiful. Hotel is connected to other hotels, good spot to get to other places quickly using the tram. Parking was nice $15 a night other than $25 a night. Hotel was redone well. Loved the water pressure, and beds were comfortable. Eataly downstairs is really good.Cons:The room got stuffy. No bathroom ventilation, or good ventilation in general. If someone takes a #2, you’re gonna smell it. No room service, which if your staying more than 2 nights will be frustrating.I hope this helps!
Stayed here for NYE and a couple of days after. Upon entry, there was no one greeting or directing guests or offering any assistance. I'd received an e-mail prior to arriving, informing me that I could check-in online, so upon arrival, I did just that and also visited the self-check-in kiosk. The app that they encourage guests to download is not user-friendly and has lots of glitches. After checking in through the app, I hadn't received a room assignment so I got in line to speak with someone at the front desk. Right when I approached the desk, the room number came in on my phone with an electronic key. I explained this to the gentleman at the desk and he didn't seem to care. I like the idea of checking into a hotel on my own, but there should be additional details shared regarding the fact that it takes a while for them to send you the info. Once in the room, I felt it was just okay. Nothing special (I didn't expect it to be). Overall it was very clean except there was gum left on a leather chair that went uncleaned, and that was disappointing. The bed was comfortable, the shower was decent enough and towels and washcloths came quickly upon request. I did like the location (old Monte Carlo if you're familiar with Las Vegas) and that you could take the tram to the Aria and Bellagio. This was really convenient.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Non-smoking facility throughout. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely loved our king room with table, couch, stuffed chair, and desk; Cute room layout with generous space; Excellent air-conditioning with responsive thermostat; Lovely walk in shower with generous space. Hope they get firmer beds. EXCELLENT LOCATION. LOTS TO DO!
