Delicious! We were looking for a lighter lunch and although it's noodles, the regular size is definitely a good light lunch. Just enough to get you full but not overly full. The Japanese style rich uni udon was fresh! Fully enjoyed the dashi. Slightly disappointed that the wasabi tastes wasn't really there but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. The uni was fresh. You know bad uni when you taste it and this was definitely a fresh uni. The karage and grilled squid were delightful. My fiance enjoyed the nabe yaki and his brother liked the tempura kage. Definitely will return.

Love the udons here! Ordered some other food and all were great! The takoyaki and the karaage were both delicious. Service was great as well. Wasn't a fan of the tonkatsu bowl but everything else was great!

Good food, great price, friendly server. I had the Niratama Udon and Kimchi.

Authentic Japanese udon, very surprised to find it in the middle of the desert. Looks like it's run by Japanese owner, great comfort food for any Asian.Easy to read menu with pictures so you know what you are getting, food came 99% look alike as the picture, very well organized.

We were on our way to the hospital, and the thing was like this: I didn't expect the waiter to put a bowl with a very small bottom but a big mouth. The bowl had a very hot soup and put it in front of my child. The whole table shook a bit, and the bowl was hot Soup spilled on the child's lap. We told them what had happened, they were indifferent, the laughter from the back kitchen spread, and they seemed to turn a blind eye to the guests. The child was diagnosed with second-degree burns in the hospital. I hope the clerk can work happily as always.

I'm in love with this place. Both service and food were great

The udon soup was lacking big time. I won’t go back

I’m from Japan, so when I saw a plastic food display outside and handmade noodles on the menu, we new it was going to be good. And the food did not disappoint! The food was reasonably priced and delicious. The uni udon melted in your mouth and although the chicken miso was a little on the spicy side, we couldn’t stop eating it.The problem we ran in to was we all felt forgotten about. I don’t know if it was because it was late or kitchen problems (they had plenty of staff), but we had lots of issues. We had to call the waitress from chatting with the hostess to order food, we never got any refills on water or was checked up on, and the udon took way longer then any udon shop should take. My friend ordered just a rice ball and one tempura fried shrimp, but he never got it until we finished our udon dishes and I had to go up to the front and ask. He got the shrimp, but never the rice after over an hour. The table next to us though got their food right after us, only waiting a fraction of the time and we’re checked up on multiple times. I don’t know if they were investors, family, or what, but they must of been important because we felt forgotten about and much less important even though we were paying costumers as well.Overall, amazing food! Terrible service and would of given five stars if we just ordered take out.

service was disregarding and seemingly avoiding being at the front, make eye contact then they would retreat away waiting about 40 minutes to be seated when 2 open booths were available. Just for my party of 2 to stare at them wondering maybe if it was being held for reservation. Only for them to seat us at them with no inclination as to why we weren't sat earlier.I feel for the one guy cooking as it seems, took 30 minutes to get a caprese salad, and two soups. The food was decent, music was decent but the waiting and trying to ask the staff for anything was a pain.
