Phenomenal steak. Lobster bisque was awesome. Service was spectacular

Food was delicious. Staff very friendly and some amazingly unique onion soup with a slightly different flavor profile than most.

The service is excellent. The server and the bus person very friendly and attentive. We started with the calamari. The calamari was an 8 out of 10. We had the bone in NY dry aged steak with shrimp scampi, lobster Mac and cheese, Alaskan king crab pasta and potatoes fries. And we finished with the chocolate truffle cake. Everything was delicious.

Best steakhouse I have been too! Amazing food and atmosphere!

Love Love Love One Steak it's Las Vegas hidden gem. Everyone from the front to the back are the best sweetest and helpful staff ever. Chef Patrick makes memorable dinning experiences the food is wonderful. The wait staff is effortless and polite and Kurt is funny and experienced. You can't go wrong going to One Steak.

We had an amazing dinner with friends. Service was fantastic.

Service was good, don't understand why our party was sat within the bar area not the back restaurant. As for food there was nothing special about it, the food runner gave two of us the wrong plate. We had the same steak but different temperatures. When you grab food to serve know which is which... Shrimp Risotto was too cheesy so it was like eating paste. So many great restaurants in town this was nothing to write home about.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!!! Beat service ever from Kurt!

Went for my birthday with friends. We had been there before and it had been perfect. This time they gave us a table right as you enter the main dining room, so traffic was bad. Our waitress was good but not great. She had to many tables. We had eaten there before and was in love with the steaks. The three gentlemen all ordered large steaks, medium rare. Two out of three were med. Poor options for potatoes which are my favorite. The rest was very good. Over all we had a great time and nothing was horrible, just not quite up to giving a fabulous rating. Will we go back? I’m sure we will try it again, but probably not on a Saturday night. We are local so that helps

Had soup for starter which was ok, Ceasar salad was decent, one order was fine to split for 2 people, wife had crab pasta which was very bland but ok, i had scallops which were undercooked and raw in the centers. Service was terrible. was told by our waiter Kurt or Kirk that he didn't have time to talk to us and ran off to BS with the two ladies at the table next to us. Still tipped him the 20% but he needs to be in a different industry. When dinner and 2 drinks and no desert cost 300 dollars i expect better food and service at a supposedly upscale restaurant. Won't be back there.
