I haven't had Olive garden in about 20 years. We were hungry after a long flight and there it was. Honestly it wasn't bad, it was packed with a lot of older people. We had a 20 min wait, food came out fast and tasted good. Definitely a good restaurant on a budget not expensive at all, big portions too. All in all not bad it's exactly what I remember from 20 years ago.
Servers very personable and service prompt.Italian dishes at affordable prices. Additional portions of salad and Soup at no charge.Calorie count listed on menu.Olive Garden's Tarimasu extra yummy andI would guess has little calories.
Brought my daughters on a Friday evening. This location was extremely packed but this team rocked! We were seated faster than expected, clean tables and a AWESOME server named Thomas. Not once did our cups get close to empty, warm breads sticks constantly, and the food came in a timely matter. Also didn't have to wait long for my next soup refill. Keep up the handwork Thomas and the Olive Garden team. We appreciate your hardwork.
First time eating here in a while! The wife ordered the salmon & it came super undercooked. Our waitress Stephanie took care of it quickly, and the manager Adam made sure everything was cool moving forward. The undercooked fish wasn’t really a big deal (it happens), but they went the extra mile to make sure we had a good dining experience. We’ll for sure be back!
Not happy with the food, they didn’t have vegetarian options more than 2 and I ordered a baked five cheese pasta dish with veggies did not enjoy it at all. Service was good and They offer a choice of salad or soup with very good bread sticks with your main course which is unlimited. Although we don’ didn’t enjoy our main course and it seemed pricey but the portions are huge and with the add ons justifies the pricing
Started out with toasted ravioli as an appetizer. It was quite bland without much substance in it. I got the gnocchi soup (after the server steered me away from the other soups), which, if possible, was more bland than the ravioli. For my entree I ordered the chicken scampi. While the quality of chicken wasn't bad, I was excepting a more garlicky sauce. I couldn't identify the flavors, but it seemed to have an Asian influence. I didn't see anything on the menu I wish I would have ordered, instead. I don't understand anyone's attractive to the Olive Garden based on my experience.
Nice service. Conveniently located near Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock Resort. The restaurant is clean. The staff greeted us as we entered the door. While these things may seem small to most, it really means a lot when the staff takes the time to greet you and thank you for coming.I had soup and salad. Both were good. They were both at the expected temperatures. Meaning we were not served warm salad and cold soup.I like the set up. The bar area is up front with tables and seating at the bar. There’s a separate area where you pick up to go orders.I left 4 stars rather than 5 stars since I ordered sweet tea and was given flavored unsweetened tea.All in all, I’d definitely recommend this location.
Normally I would give more stars. This visit was worst one atleast food wise. Our waiter was amazing. Started with our soup not being hot. It was barely warm. Then boyfriends lasagna was burnt he tried to eat it and noodles were rock hard. Son's shrimp scampi looked burnt and dry again not hot. Shrimp was cold. His replacement plate was total night and day difference. Thanks to our waiter for being amazing.
I normally love going to OG. This was the exception. To start, everything went great, we were seated promptly and out waiter got drinks right away. But that's when it started to fall off. When I went to wash my hands, the men's toilet was overflowing on the floor. I told the host on my way out about this. After the drinks and our order, we waited 20 minutes for the salad and bread sticks, which were delivered by our waiter who smelled like an ashtray now. The salad had the cores of the lettuce heads in it (normally you throw that away). Our food took forever and in the meantime the salad and bread sticks were never refilled. Our food was eventually delivered by a different waitress, and there was never a check afterwards if we were ok. After the meal, I went to wash my hands again, and what do you know, over an hour after I had said something about the overflowing toilet - it's still overflowing onto the floor!Overall, it was a horrible experience, the food was decent but not what we'd normally get as far as quality, the obvious restroom issues (quite disgusting), the photo frame in our booth had food splatter on it, our waiter cared more about smoking than our table, the 'neverending' sauce with the bread sticks ended quickly and was never refilled, the list just goes on and on.One would think most of this could be chalked up as a result of pandemic-related staffing shortages, but there didn't seem to be any issues with not enough people, it was not super busy, and there was tons of staff attending other tables. The hosts were up front talking with each other, definitely not rushed to do anything.I'd been to this location before, and it was good, but never before had it been this bad. It's like the staff really didn't care much to be there, and it reflectd in the condition of the premises, the service and the food. Hopefully the next time we go there (if it happens) this will have been a one time event.
My fiance ordered food for me and the next day my daughter and I ate lasagne and I bit into something hard. And it looked like a label. I almost swallowed it and it hurt my teeth. I have lost my appetite and I don't think I'll be ordering from this place again. I never been disgusted by an olive garden place until now. This was our regular place. I am really disappointed.
