Great staff, fast service and good food

The service was terrible to start, our server was in a meeting, but several other servers and the manager were not busy. We waited for almost 15 minutes before a bartender from the other side asked if we had been helped. The manager had been by our table about 5 times without even inquiring if we wanted water. Finally a server took our order, forgot one of our drinks, I had to go ask for it. Finally when our server came back things picked up. Food was good except the potatoes were cold and so was the gravy. I was extremely disappointed in the manager as he was not friendly or helpful, was just walking around watching the tvs and drinking tea. Never once did he stop up to help out his staff. I wont go back.

The location of the Linq hotel is pretty good, and the property isn’t that big so you want to access some of the nicer nearby casinos it’s a good option and the room prices are usually on the more affordable side. And what does that lower price get you? Staff is never around and can’t seem to help with anything. Took me 3 days to get housekeeping to replace soap in the bathroom. The room air conditioner was so loud it woke me up several times a night (made 3 attempts to have the hotel check , never came) and my favorite inconvenience: the elevators. You need to swipe your room key to access your floor’s button in the elevator, mine worked maybe 3 out of every 10 tries. Usually hitched a ride up to hopefully a close floor and just took the stairs the rest of the way. This is cheap hotel that isn’t great. You might not hate it, but expect to be disappointed.

My wife and I stayed at the Linq for 3 nights the end of May. The main purpose of our trip was to watch the Mirage volcano one more time before it is torn down. The Linq location was perfect for this - almost directly across from the volcano. We got a great price on the room so I splurged and paid for a room upgrade with a view. The view was ridiculous and not worth the extra money. One reason why this review is 4 stars, not 5. I did inquire at the desk as to whether or not I received the aporopriate room. I was told I had the room with a view that I purchased. Hahaha! But not really funny and another reason for 4 stars, not 5. The pool was advertised as the best party pool on the strip. Another laughable claim. The pool is small and crowded. 4 stars, not 5. Ok, so now the negatives are out of the way. Here are the many positives: Nice resort. Large enough to offer food, activities, and fun. Small enough to navigate in a few minutes. Our room was immaculate! We asked for extra pillows and some hand soap for the bathroom - delivered promptly. Comfortable bed! Comfortable room. Fantastic location. The Linq Promenade is great. Affordable food options. Deuce bus stops right out front. Very friendky and helpful staff. One other annoyance: The rideshare pickup spot is deep inside the parking area of the hotel and very tacky and inconvenient, while the taxis load right outside the front door. We sort of got the feeling the hotel was trying to shame rideshare customers. Another reason for a one star deduction. All in all.....would I stay here again? Probably if the price was right. However, I will never again pay for an upgraded view at this hotel. Otherwise, the location and clean rooms are a great value.

Had planned a weekend for the linq. Made reservations online and PAID for rooms online . Once checked in they said there were resort fees and other fees and whatnot but unknowingly ended up charging me EXTRA $360 and refuse to refund

I was hoping to start gambling more at Caesar’s so I booked a room at the LINQ. Check in process was a nightmare!!! Took me over 45 minutes to get a key to my room. Then once I got to my room I had no hand soap, well come to find out I did but it was in the shower. But no body wash. I called down to ask about checking out early due to all the issues. I was then told it was going to be $10 more if I left early than if I just stayed through my booked date. This is HORRIBLE customer service. I asked to speak to a manager I was told that they would take my number and a supervisor would call me. Still no call. I will not be going back or recommending this hotel anytime soon. Which is unfortunate for them because I am in Vegas monthly. On a positive note. I did visit their spa. Had a wonderful experience there. I would recommend their spa.

I chose to stay at this hotel because I stayed at a nearby hotel a couple weeks ago and I thought the Linq had better amenities and rooms. I WAS WRONG. We paid for a “premium” room and feel like we DID NOT get a premium room at all. The AC unit was very loud - sounded like a helicopter was landing in the room every time it turned on. There was no soap or lotion in the bathroom. The shower had soap for shampoo (same look & smell of the soap). Every time we used the sink it clogged up. The TV’s in the room had no signal so when we tried to watch, all we could see was an extremely pixelated screen. I wish I had known to bring a “rabbit ear antenna” so that we could actually watch tv. You know, those things from 10 years or so ago? The carpet was dirty. The plastic couch was worn and not comfortable at all. The hallways in our section of the hotel were very dark and creepy and unfortunately we had a room that was the farthest possible from the elevators. Also we had a flickering light outside our room which added to the creepiness. The front desk staff was very unfriendly and NOT helpful at all. They seemed bothered by anyone who asked a question. I’d like to say, I’ll return to this hotel but I will not. Too many issues and front desk staff does not endorse a a friendly or welcoming environment.

Arrived well last check in and out room was still not ready the staff member that helped up was horrible and unhelpful also the room lights were broken and everything was dusty was charged for parking because the staff didn’t bother to ask if I drove! Never again!!

The two humans in the whole place had no idea and were rude There was no soap in the bathroom and no light either! I complained and nobody said sorry. They acted as if I was annoying them and then said they would send soap and fix light and it never happened! The worst experience of my life!

We stayed here before and loved it. This was very different. The room was tiny, we booked a deluxe king and there wasn’t even a closet. The soap leaked on the counter and floor. Used drug needles in the stairwell, a black substance that looked like mold came up through the sink. Manager offered an upgrade with my next stay. NO THANKS!!!
