Best fish I've eaten, love the salmon box
My little sister introduced me to this place. Due to the pandemic not that many sushi spots are ordering fish. Luckily this warehouse opened to the public and you are able to make some sushi from home. All you had to do was get on social media and write them. The ordering process was easy and they were so kind. I ordered a set box for $30 and added ebi shrimp.On my way there I packed a cooler and ice packs just in case for the ride home and they outdid themselves! The box they gave had ice in it to keep the fish fresh. That’s how you know they focus on quality. I was happy shoot that!The fish was delicious. I’m not a big tuna girl. My boyfriend loves it. He said it didn’t taste as fresh though. It kind of had a fishy taste. But the salmon was amazing it was so delicious. I love me some salmon! Overall I’m grateful for this place and the experience to make sushi at home! Thank you!
A friend at work told me about Ocean Fresh so I looked at their IG account. Seeing how low the prices were, I was skeptical of the quality but gave the Box#2 combo a try.Their hours are from 7am - 2pm on Saturdays but I tried messaging them at 5:30 and got a response back at 6. They asked for my order, name, and phone number and told me I could pick up the order between 10am - 2pm.Their warehouse is centrally located (Decatur and Post) so fairly easy to get to regardless of where you live. Signs clearly mark the building and there's designated parking for their customers.Because of social distancing, only one customer can enter at a time but when you walk through the door, the warehouse/work area is to the right, a service window is to the left, and directly in front of you is a stainless steel table with boxed and labeled orders (see pic) waiting to be picked up.You pay at the window and off you go. There was a customer ahead of me but once I was inside, the whole transaction probably took about three minutes. The lady at the window was super nice and the one warehouse worker I interacted was really friendly as well. So up to this point, everything was perfect.When I got home and unboxed everything, it was exactly as advertised. Everything smelled fresh (meaning you couldn't smell anything) and the fish looked bright and firm. I decided to eat the tuna and salmon as sashimi - I still haven't touched the yellowtail - but these were both really good. My wife and daughter gave it a thumbs up too. The kizami wasabi was a nice change-up as well.I'm not sure if the general public always has access to Ocean Fresh or if it's because so many restaurants are closed and OF still needs to get rid of excess inventory - but I hope it's an "always open to the public" thing because I'm definitely a fan now. Ocean Fresh obviously carries more than just what I ordered today; they have an extensive list of seafood so take a look!

Fish was so fresh and delicious. Pick up is easy. Order the day before, pick up between 11-2. The quality for the price is great. Ordered over Instagram and the customer service was amazing and they responded really quickly.
Best to call in your order by 12pm. Pick up is usually between 1and 2pm. It's good and pricey, of course.
The best live halibut you can get in Vegas. Korean style live halibut and best uni(great quality), it is so sweet. You can eat almost as much as all you can eat with the 5 star quality.
