Got there the last 10 minutes and whole staff treated like the first customer.. One thing ! Most people pay by credit card and it is convenient to tip on the credit card..All jobs except tips and the customer should be given the opportunity to tip if they want too! Every food outlet has a way to tip! Spent 59 on highend cakes, got highend service and left feeling terrible because I couldn't tip! Most people don't pay in cash!! Thank you so much! I'm sure your employees are a high priority because they were all so nice !!

Every time I go here, the staff has been so helpful & sweet just like their cakes! The flavors of these cakes are made to perfection, no matter which flavor you choose, you will love it. Seriously the best! A perfect last minute gift idea for ANY occasion and for a GREAT price!
Placed an order for pick up. Came in and there was a line wrapped around the inside of the store. 3 cashiers and not one could take pick-up orders. It was all the same line. What's the point of offering order in advance if you still have to stand and wait in the same line as if you didnt order online? "Because we're not normally this busy." I ended up waiting about 35 minutes in the store for my pre-paid, ''curbside" order of two bundlets.
I LOVE this location! I always have the freshest tastiest cakes, my orders always deliver on time, & I’ve NEVER had a bad customer service experience. I had a little hiccup on an order I placed on Valentine’s Day, I reached out to the manager over email next day early morning it was corrected PERFECTLY! I’m so happy! Thank you so much Jori! I know because of covid we should be considerate of the service level and supply chain issues. BUT!!! If you order 4 days in advance online and your online system states a product is available, AND you pay in advance, I should get what I ordered. It's ok to disagree with me.MY WARNING TO COSTUMERS!!!You are not guaranteed what you ordered online!!!!SO BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I never have an issue with nothin bunt cakes until today. I came before 6pm and Naomi ask how she can help me at 6:00 knowing I was already waiting, I asked for a tier cake and then processed and said no were closed but mind you I was already there before they even close , she look at me up and down and just keep saying we’re closed . I was discussed and upset for the service today ! Never recommending this place !
They have the most delicious Bundt cakes ever. My beautiful daughter surprised me for my birthday with a chocolate chip cake. The cake was scrumptious in every way from the cream cheese frosting to the chocolate chips in the cake itself! And the decorations were simple yet beautiful!
Best bundts right here! Lemon is the family favorite and they're all good. Love giving them as gifts.
Lost my business for sure. Never got to try due to covid! Refuse to do business with any business leaning on that crutch.Ask to sample the frosting before ordering, we can't do samples due to covid was the reply. Sad they caught the karenona virus.
