Please find a different location. On multiple occasions, I have had a problem with this location. On Valentine's Day. I placed an order a week in advance and prepaid for my order. When I arrived to pick up my order they told me they were sold out.Today I placed an order online for delivery tomorrow. While placing my order the system stated my credit card declined. I checked my bank account and I had been charged twice in the amount of $114. I called and waited 15 minutes on hold and the manager never picked up.I went to the location to try to fix the issue and they swore that I did not place an order online even after me pulling up my bank account online and me showing them the pending charges. I am very disappointed and disheartened by the lack of customer service and professionalism at this location. This location is staffed and run by a bunch of teenagers. Please be aware before swiping your bank card at this location. When I asked about the order I placed online I was told. I can place another order but I would have to pay an additional $114. I replied “so, you expect me to pay $342 for 24 bundlets” This has to be the worst location in the valley.
I placed an order for 2 tiered cake on online for baby shower and went there to pick up last Saturday. I got there 20min after my assigned pick up time and cake wasn't ready at all. There were 10 other people also waiting for their order pick up and 10 more others on order line. It was chaos. I ended up standing there for 30 minutes for my cake and ended up late to my own baby shower!!! Terrible customer service. They should have prepared all the orders by pick up time. I have been to other Nothing bundt cake stores but this is my first time getting frustrated with the order pick up.
I tried this cake at an office party and loved it immediately. I decided that was going to be the cake I buy for my wife’s birthday…. 8 months later. I couldn’t get it outta my mind. I got her the dozen small ones so she could try different flavors and we were simply amazed at how delicious these were. Can’t wait to get more!

I ordered a cake for March 26th for my mother's 83rd birthday party I've had nothing bundt cake before and it was really good but this particular time it was not good it was way too much frosting and it was too sweet and thick. It really tastes like it wasn't cooked well I could have made the cake myself and did better job than this very disappointed.

I order from here frequently because I manage a hotel nearby, and we often purchase cakes for guest who mention they’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc.. Recently we had a famous athlete staying at our property, and we bought them a congratulatory cake from here as well. I purchase a dozen bundtinis from here on 10/13 for my mothers birthday which was the following day (today as I’m typing) 10/14. I purchased the custom card , and also 12 happy birthday flags to go on each bundtini. Prior to walking out, I asked the young lady “are the flags inside of the box” , she responded “yes”. I took her word for it and did not check my box. I go to set up the box at 12 midnight for my mom to wake up to …AND THERES NO FLAGS! Yes, first world problems I suppose, BUT this isn’t the first time this has happened and that is why I am bit upset. I ordered a cake for a guest about a month ago and the flags were missing as well and I had to make a second trip to Nothing Bundt to retrieve the flags. The flags were only .25c each, I ordered 12 so I’m not looking to be reimbursed for the flags. The big picture is, I could’ve gone to smiths , Albertsons , even WALMART which I typically do order birthday cakes from and had them write “Happy Birthday Mom” for FREE and decorated the cake MYSELF with little toppers from party city or the dollar store and paid a FRACTION of what I paid for the Bundtinis. The reason I go to Nothing Bundt is because their cakes are delicious, and the little decorations are aesthetically pleasing. It’s an adorable place to order cakes from. I just feel as though I’d rather walk into smiths , purchase a premade cake, open it up , hand it to the bakery , have them write on it, and then go get a card from the dollar store and literally pay approximately total of $7 or $8 . Instead i spend about $27 and a part of my order is always missing. It’s disappointing.
This location gave my order that I paid for to someone else who said they would pick it up without calling or emailing for my permission. So unprofessional.
My server Amy was super sweet when I came through the door and helped me immediately. I needed last minute Bundtlets for unexpected guests, and she helped me pick out the best flavors. My guests loved them, this will now be a go to for deserts. Because of Amy and the superb treats you now have a forever customer!
