Unlike many other reviewers, I really enjoyed this place overall. Loved the ambiance and food menu options. A little pricey but so are most of the places in Las Vegas, especially for fine dining. I ended up starting out with a miso soup. It came out nice and hot and tasted great. I then ordered the Snow Crab California roll, which I felt to be delicious and was slightly different than your everyday California "type" roll with the addition of the snow crab. It tasted very fresh. I also ordered the Tskune Chicken Meatball from the Robata Grill, which I must say did NOT taste the greatest since it was a little burnt. However, I also ordered the Asparagus from the Robata Grill as well and it came out amazing! It wasn't too soft nor too chunky. It was done just right and the sauce that came on top of it with was wonderful. I would order it again along with the Snow Crab California roll! I intend to come back here again next time I'm in Vegas.
Excellent food and service definitely coming back my next visit in Vegas ! The omakse menu is amazing one of the best I had ever tasted.
This place was a nice surprise right inside the brand new resorts world! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! My friend got the chefs menu that’s on the very first page on the left when you open the menu with all sorts of things. Menu constantly changes there so might not be the same. Sake amazing as well. Some of our favorites included the Wagyu, The pork belly, the black pot cod, the Wagyu Gyoza, The cucumber salad, and don’t forget the fresh ground wasabi that they prepare right at your table! I’ve never seen that before so I thought that was really cool! See pictures for everything that we had. Everything was absolutely amazing! Ambiance is great and so is the customer service! I felt like we had four people serving us they were so amazing and went above and beyond explaining everything! Can’t wait to go back to try more things!
Nickname should be "Kuso" Nori.Good service/atmosphere. Food decent but pricey. However a surprise $25 for fresh Wasabi effectively brought my 10 piece sushi order to $100 ! If your being comped or don't care about your spend you will enjoy but I didn't find the food taste to value acceptable. May be worth a short ride to an off site, well established Japanese restaurant if you want better value for money. BTW, the $25 Wasabi wasn't that good
Nori Bar, we enjoyed our experience very much. One of the food vendors in the Famous Foods Street Eats inside Resorts World, we dined here for lunch. There are about 12 seating around the counter and you can drink and eat and watch the Sushi Chef prepare the sushi for you. Since we plan to food hopping to try other food vendors, we decided to order the combo that comes with 4 sushi hand roll. I ordered a pint of fresh Kirin beer and she ordered a coke.We watched the sushi chef prepare each hand roll one by one. She took 2 and I took 2. They were freshly made, so tasty and delicious. Luv the vibe and dining experience here at Nori Bar and the live DJ music at Famous Foods Street Eats.
Located right in Resorts world casino. This sushi spot offers a sit down or take out. Menus are different for both options. I got the Four of a kind set which includes salmon, yellowtail, baby scallop and spicy tuna. The fish was really fresh and they stuffed the carry out container with plenty of rolls for me. The carry out container as well as the utensils, soy sauce, wasabi and ginger were neatly packaged. For the price of $22 it was great value. I did notice some diners were enjoying the fresh handrolls and nigiri. Ill definitely be back to try their other menu items.
ABSOLUTE LOVE!This is definitely a top three best food stalls at Famous Food Street Eats.$24 -- 16 piece set of 2 sushi choices. My friend and I picked toro (tuna) and dungeness crab. Both were delicious to a point where you didn't even need the dipping sauce or soy sauce but felt that the rice was a little too cold and therefore slightly harder than it should be. Still, it was delicious and I plan to try the hand rolls out next time.I don’t say this much about sushi and I certainly am the type of girl who gets AYCE to get more bang for the buck but this was truly quite a treat and well worth ordering again and again.(13/100—2022)
Service, atmosphere very good but expect to pay more than non strip Japanese restaurants. I was charged an additional $25 for fresh Wasabe. Something that offered free of charge most everywhere and better tasting. So for the 10 piece Sushi order $75 (Plus $25 for fresh Wasabe), I effectively paid $10/piece which is excessive. If you don't care about value or lucky enough to be on a casino comp, you will enjoy. If not, plenty of comparable sushi restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas offering a better value and equally enjoyable food.

This is your typical Vegas Strip restaurant. Food is delicious, but is the size of your fist or less. This is understandable for the atmosphere and location. Taste is on point. Service on point. Relatable locals that give you tips of the best spots in town.
