I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen and the fried udon (pictured). Both items were RIDICULOUSLY salty (I could only eat about half of the udon before I gave up and tossed it out because it was SOOO salty) and REALLY bland / NOT very flavorful. The packaging for both was neither sustainable nor reheatable (the noodles arrived in very soggy Styrofoam packaging), which was problematic since I was staying in a hotel (traveling for work) at the time. It is absolutely NOT worth the price and I do NOT recommend these two dishes.
The Birria ramen here is amazing. Also save room for the Ube Crepe cake. It’s so good
It's a great place to escape and have nurishing food. The food delicious and the ambient relaxing.
The food is wayyyy too salty. Both of the orders I have: Chasu Chowmein and the signature Beef noodle soup have too much soy sauce and salt in them.This is also not Ramen or any type of authentic Asian noodles soup though but I’m not giving this bad review because of it not being authentic. Maybe the restaurant owner did it on purpose to serve Americans’ taste.Also this signature noodle dish is supposed to be spicy but it’s not spicy at all…
The ramen at this place was unique and tasty. Husband ordered their signature birria ramen (which is not as spicy as you'd expect despite the 2 chili peppers) and I got the seafood ramen. The birria ramen is like a mexican beef stew as described by the waiter. Both ramens were delicious! We ate everything in the bowl and slurped the soup till it was empty. Definitely coming back and trying the black garlic ramen next time. And the ube crepe cake was yummy too, not too sweet. Kind of like eating layers of thin pancake, fluffy and very light not dense like a slice of cake. Adding this restaurant to my favorite go-to list. And great service too!

Want to try more menu items but the food was very solid. Portion was just okay for the amount paid I feel.
