This place is incredible!!!This is my second week Im back & I have almost tried everything at this point. Pulled Pork Sandwich, Italian Sandwich, Mediterranean Sandwich, Egg Salad, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Homemade Chips, Homemade Seasonal Cookie,, & the delicious Izzi Mango SodaAlicia, one of the owners, provides exceptional service; really getting to know her customers while ensuring all orders are expedited in a timely fashion.Can’t wait to go back!
Had the special today. Crispy fried spicy Sammy. So bueno. I also had to get the pastrami my favorite. There is no place like No Butcher. Plan to be wowed!

It's pretty unusual for a restaurant to keep 4.9 rating on Google. This place has it for a reason. I haven't switched fully to a vegan diet but I like trying different things once in awhile.I just had the best sandwich ever and I can't believe it's vegan! This place will definitely make it easier to make my final decision going vegan especially since they sell their #nomeat by weight. Amazing!
NoButcher rocks.I have been buying sandwhiches and other goodies here since I move to vegas almost 2 years ago.Their sandwhiches are to die for (all of them). They so have great deli items as well so you can have your own little picnic. I also must mention their cookies, every new cookie they drop is the best cookie I've ever had.
If you want amazing vegan food that is made with love and care, them you need No Butcher. They are one of the best vegan places I've ever visited AND the staff is amazing! Sebastian and Alicia always have a smile and kind word for everyone. I can't move away because NoButcher is one of a kind! Visit them! Order anything! It's all super delicious!
I really enjoy the No Ribs Aloha bbq sandwich combo, I opted for coleslaw and an iced tea. They put the most scrumptious "chocolate chip cookie" in my combo bag as well. Mmmmmmm so tasty! They have high quality delicious cuisine. The Staff/Owner is also Amazing!
You will love this place. It's a vegan butcher for Vegan Nomeat, nocheese balls, salads, sandwiches. oh ya and the noegg salad is epic it's a must try. I bring pepperoni home to make vegan pizza. Check them out. They have a drive through window and a dinning room as well.
Great staff, clean and cozy restaurant, and the best, best, best sandwiches, sides, desserts, and drinks. Worth the drive from Boulder City every time.
This. Place. Is. A. Mazing.! 5/5 recommend to anybody who is vegan, wants to try vegan or anybody looking for delicious food! The food was so good I stopped in 2x in 2 days while in town. A vegan butcher shop? These people did a phenomenal job bringing this restaurant to reality with the food quality to match!
