the service was a 5. staff was helpful and pleasant. pretty much everything you can ask for in service staff.the atmosphere 2.the tables were too far away from the bench seatand it felt crowded in our little area.the food was not bad but for the value you could buy the exact stuff at costco for a third of the money.
I loved this place! Wasn't too loud, it obviously smells incredible when you walk in. I liked how attentive the staff is and when something came out with an allergy I have they had no problem taking it back and fixing it. It is kind of expensive compared to Cali, but all K-BBQ is. We had shrimp and chicken and it was amazing.
Very disappointed with my last and final experience here today. Came in on a Saturday at 4pm. All the booths (around 11 of them) were empty and there were three groups seated in chairs. Because of my medical issues, I asked if I could sit in a booth as the chairs are very painful on my back. The waitress refused and said those are reserved for large parties on the weekend. If it was packed and dinner time, maybe I’d get it, but that is where it started. The customer service has gone down hill. Both the young woman and man were not friendly at all and not attentive to anyone. Our side dishes arrived as well as the meat. We waited over twenty minutes until I was able to ask for some rice for rice so we could start eating, by then all the meat was cold. The meat was very mediocre, cheap cuts, and very fatty. I asked for some lettuce and was given a bowl of stems… like the innermost chunk of lettuce that is not used for lettuce wraps. Then the women comes and delivers more meat and begins to place the meat on the grill. It felt very rushed and timed of when and how I could cook my meat. I let her know I could do it myself and she seemed very annoyed by this. Isn’t the point of Korean bbq to be able to socialize and eat your meat on your own terms? The sides were very salty and flat tasting. I had to track down the waitress as her and the cook were too busy watching tv. I then asked for some lettuce leaves and was brought another bowl of stems. Both employees never once came to check on us and see if we needed anything, just a terrible experience. There are so many great Korean restaurants in Vegas, and this is not one of them.
This is a quick go-to for my family. We love it here. The food is always good. The music was on point tonight as well. The service is always great. I have no complaints. We will keep coming back.
The only thing "negative" I can really say is that it's not AYCE.We got the Woo combo, aside from the many meats that were included for 60$ it also came with corn cheese, steamed egg, and soup. We weren't aware of that so we had also ordered Japchae and rice. The japchae could be it's own entree instead of appetizer! So good ?Service was nice and the atmosphere was good as well.
I really wanted to like this place but it was very disappointing. Food was not fresh, the little dishes of different vegetables and kimchi were probably dished out 3 days prior. The kimchi pancake was very tasteless and bland. The only good thing was the bulgogi but we were served such a small amount and charged outrageously overpriced!! I love Korean food but this was not up to par with my experience and expectations.
One of the best Korean bbq restaurant in Vegas. Customer service is fantastic. I love the quality of their products. The place looks good and trust me, it taste good!!
Korean BBQ was ok. Some meat cuts were over seasoned. The combination we ordered seem a bit pricey compared to others in the Vegas off strip areas.Despite that, we enjoyed the food and appreciate having a Korean BBQ restaurant close to where we live.If the owner operator reads this, please work on the quality and service. Thanks.
In A Nutshell:-Moo Woo Korean BBQ in the NW is the perfect place to grab some Korean BBQ.-It's not AYCE, but you can rest assured that you will walk out very full.-Order the meat combo for 2-3 people, you get some very tasty morsels to cook over two different types of grills.-The banchan aka side dishes can be refilled upon request.-I really enjoyed the steamed egg, jjigae stew & the variety of kimchi & veggies that come w/ the banchan.-The service is very good!-I really enjoy eating in a clean environment & this restaurant is uber clean, no greasy floor residue you normally feel at other Korean BBQ restaurants.Overall, the prices are very good, not too expensive at all for the high-quality of service & food you receive.
Stopped by here for the first time with the family for dinner on a Wed. It wasn't crowded, and actually didn't need the reservation we made. We ordered the MooWoo combo with Ramen and a side of Calamari. Everything came out timely, fresh and tasty. More than enough food to go around for the 6 of us adults. The staff was great and attentive. It's good to finally get a decent Korean BBQ place in the North West. They didn't offer a military discount, otherwise it would be a 5-star rating. We'll definitely be back though and recommend you give them a try too??
