Otherwise it would have been a 5/5, but the service was lacking at this restaurant.1. We were asked to briefly wait although there was another two top table available. When we sat down,2. the table was still wet because it was wiped right before we sat down.3. When asked for lemon/lime with a glass of water, we were told that they don’t have any.4. Then the check was brought out half way through our meal.*Most of these can be common issues when a business is busy/slammed, but at 8:30PM on Sunday there were only 3 active tables + 1 table that already paid, with at least three servers.All in all, it’s another restaurant with good food with great price point that lacks service. I want to come back, but probably only for take outs or delivery only.
I loved this place. Everything was spot on and came quickly. I loved the spicy ramen but my partner thought it was lacking depth. (I thought it could have been spicier but otherwise I really liked it) the cold noodle bowl was good. I added things to mine. The yuzu sauce was good but very tarte. I’d like to try the sesame sauce next time!Place is small so hopefully you get a seat. You have to try this place!
Monta Noodle House is definitely in my top 3 for Ramen! Its a small, very busy restaurant with yummy Ramen. Very reasonably priced and the staff are so nice.
I ordered the kuro ramen black garlic oil, I told them without the pork meat. They gave me a kimchi so I just eat the kimchi, since I thought it was for free because I didn't want the pork with the ramen black garlic oil. A few minutes later they took back the kimchi and said" you didn't order it right? "Seems like they took back the kimchi and gave it to other table.Disgusting, how can you just took back some food from me after giving it to the customer. Without even asking did you eat it or do you still want it.Oh well, I will never never go back to this ramen place for sure.Good luck to everyone who is eating there.
Best ramen I've ever eaten! Got the black garlic ramen with sliced green onion. Broth was incredibly rich and delicious. Staff was very friendly. Go here!!!!
Tried both spicy ramen and another one with the black garlic oil. Excellent broth for the ramen. It’s a small restaurant so you might want to go early to avoid long waiting period.
This is the Japanese ramen taste that I've been looking for!!! It tastes just like the ramen I would have in Japan when I used to live there.The restaurant also looks like a typical Japanese ramen restaurant, so it that's extra stars for them! We were greeted with the traditional Japanese greeting, 'irasshaimase', extra-extra stars for that!Definitely recommend this place! YUMMY!!!

Excellent tonkotsu broth, rich and full of body. Ask for thick noodles to go with your noodle soup. Friendly service. Small restaurant and food comes out amazingly fast.
When I'm hungry around this part of town, I have to make several hard decisions, like what to eat. When I decide on ramen, this place has yet to disappoint even after coming here for over 3 years. The menu is simple and relatively small, the noodles are always cooked to perfection, and the broths are incredibly complex and tasty!Pictured below is a tonkotsu shoyu ramen with a side of gyoza, my personal favorite order.
