My only hesitation in writing this review, is that it will be against my own best interests to spread the work of how wonderful this restaurant is. I fear even more people will make it even more difficult to get a reservation. Mizumi is not just my favorite Japanese restaurant, and not just my favorite Las Vegas restaurant. It is my favorite restaurant. Period. The food, the ambiance, the service, the entire experience is unsurpassed. Each visit is better than the past. I have already made a reservation for my next visit.
Impeccable service and absolutely mouth watering food! You have to try the JAPANESE PUREBRED WAGYU A5-12 GRADE cooked by hotstone âIshiyakiâ OMG! Ask for a window seat next to the waterfall for a perfect date night.
Our server, Sean, was wonderful and we really enjoyed everything he recommended. Truffle salt edamame, yellowtail, sushi, try it all!!

Despite all the positive reviews, this was just an ok experience. One great dish but the others didnât stand out. Didnât see anything that made here stand out vs other great restaurants in Vegas

This place is gorgeous and food was amazing. They made our anniversary so special.
As expected, this was a nice experience and great food. The service matched the quality of the food. When in Vegas, go here! The Kobe beef is expensive but something fun to try.
