We unknowingly showed up 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. Place was packed and everyone having a GREAT time dancing, live music. Security got us to a table, alerted a server and she was so nice and attentive despite dealing with some rude drunks.We could have ordered surf & turf/Alfredo pasta anywhere, but this did not taste like food from anywhere! Delectable and satisfying.
I have been to this place a few times by myself and I always enjoyed the atmosphere so I decided to bring some friends that are visiting from out of town in with me this time and I definitely regret it. The food was awesome and the service was great. Her names Laura I think, she's waited on me a few times and is always sweet but the issue I had is with the woman Fran whos supposed to be General manager ( I only know that cause i made sure i asked before leaving). The whole resteraunt could hear how rude and degrading she was being to her staff and her idea of "helping" our server was losing my credit card. By far one of my worst experiences at a restaurant. If I owned this place I would definitely find a new position for this general manager, this was by far the worst case of professionalism by upper management that I have ever seen and to do it in front of customers! The two stars are for the server, hey GM thanks for losing my credit card!!
Excellent food and service. Seated party of 5 promptly and water brought out immediately upstairs n being seated. Food was delicious and cooked to order.
Passed this restaurant plenty of times on Fremont street, decided to try it. Was a pleasant surprise, food was excellent and service was great! A definite place to eat again. Surf and turf and carne asada tacos

If you would like to wait forever to get seated, make an order, get served or have your credit card fraudulently used...this is your place. My husband and I decided on this place and ordered some food. I decided not to make a big deal about the table who got seated immediately even though we waited 20 minutes. They also ordered/served before us. Still waited. Finally ordered tacos. The food was not bad, but I can only describe it as a lettuce and cheese taco sprinkled with some meat. My beer was room temp and tasted sour, was not able to even get it replaced as the server never came back except to give us the check, which was literally dropped on table as he walked off. We collectively decided that the server, Rico S, did not deserve a tip. Something we NEVER do, but it truly wasn't deserved. Paid with credit card with a clear zero with line through it on tip line. When we left, we inadvertently left card behind. Returned within 10 min, but they "couldn't find" card. Go back to room cancel my card. Couple weeks later get charged well above what I authorized. Turned out someone gave themselves an unauthorized tip. Had to fight with credit card company and restaurant and then filed a police report. Eventually got the unauthorized tip back! Horrible service, over priced mediocre food and theft!! Don't waste your time!!!

Food was all yummy, and the staff was super friendly. They offered a great happy hour with $5 house margaritas and $6 appetizers that went until 7pm, where most others in this area end happy hour at 6pm. We got the ahi tuna and boneless chicken wings on happy hour special, and the chicken nachos to share. Great selection of seafood & chicken options. All the food was tasty. Atmosphere is tropical and fun also! I'll definitely go back!
Was it the best meal in the entire universe? No. But was it still yummy and satisfying? Yes! It’s a safe choice like McDonald’s or Panda Express. They have fun drinks and a cute and on-theme environment. There are other options, but if it’s the closest restaurant, it’s a fine choice!
Truly outstanding experience our waitress was very attentive. The Burger was one of the best restaurant burgers I have ever had. The menu is well priced, convenient location and great atmosphere.
