Very below average food. Little to no variety. Unbelievable lines. Can’t get past the throngs of people. Can’t get to the one place they have played because the line to the one station blocks it. Unidentified items. No shredded cheese with the salad. Croutons at the front of the salad station. People waiting for inlets stretched back across 2 other food stations blocking everything. Bathrooms are in casino. Days old sushi and strangely textured cold seafood. Inedible.
Everything that we had was very delicious but unfortunately the selection was rather limited and I guess I was expecting a lot more since it's the MGM Grand. I know that's no longer the most expensive property but come on that's what you put your name on so why are there about four options at each station and only five stations including the seafood one. However I do want to restate that everything that we ate was absolutely delicious and the drinks package works out just fine.
Definitely skip this buffet. The staff was amazing but the qualify of the food was just atrocious. The waffles were dry and crumbly, the eggs offered were a strange consistency that resemble those dehydrated eggs mixes used at Hampton Inn free breakfast, and the rest of the items were not even edible. As I watched the cook make my omelette, I was shocked at the amount of food he added to each omelette. Three times he dashed them with salt… 3 big dashed if salt. He was kind enough to mention that he had been making omelettes for 30 years but you would never know by looking at my picture. Orange juice was watered down and the coffee was ok. I was hoping things would getter better at the dessert bar but that was not the case. I did like one of their creamy desserts with a chocolate cake crumble topping but the crème brûlée was like soup under the crusty top! To add to this list of issues, the plates were dirty and the first coffee cup I grabbed from the clean dishes had pink lipstick on it and obviously wasn’t washed properly. If I could only rate the staff, I would give Donna, our waitress 5 stars, and if I could rate the food only I would go into the negatives if this app allowed it.
Went specially for buffet , sucg a large property , no proper signs but staff were helpful but no clue where to send us, We were lost inside the building
We ate at the buffet during a recent stay in Vegas. Loved it! The food was never left sitting for long and the staff were very attentive. Best part was the military precision that the guy doing the omelettes did them with. Fascinating to watch. This guy has skill that you can only have after doing 300+ omelettes per day for years. Am experience! If they had any booze there I wouldn't have left!
Weekday review. While not the largest selection in a buffet, the variety is good. The dessert bar is unique and a good selection. (Didn't see slices of pie as an example). Prime Rib was fine enough. I love the good selection of ingredients to make Caesar salad, including chunk chicken breast.4 stars for being what it is with food.5 stars for staff attentiveness and presentation of food.
Very disappointing. 1 p.m. and 95% breakfast items. It if hadn't been for the miserable little salad bar I would have left hungry. I'm not a big eater but I would at least enjoy a few options that aren't mooshy meatloaf and overcooked carrots. Roast beef was tough and the ham was dry. Not much else to choose from. Cake was dry and the frosting tasted like hand lotion. Save your money and go elsewhere because it's a ripoff.

Don't pay to reserve a time! Waste of money! The buffet was pretty good -- had an omelette station, carving station, various pastries and other breakfast items.
This was one of our favorite buffets in Vegas. It was good but not great. Selections were smaller than they used to be. They have all the food against the back wall and got rid of the entire middle section. Dessert selection was good. Staff was friendly.
