Food was good. Not quite 5 star. Coffee was 5 star. I would have given this place a 5 star based on the coffee if the waitress was respectful of her elders. When I asked her a half hour after placing food order if it was ready her reply was" this is a restaurant, we cook the food here". Not sure if I will give the place another try after that service. Place was empty too.
The place is very nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The appetizers were fine but not the best. The Quzi was great, rice cooked well and the meat was very tender and full of flavor. I am not from Las Vegas, so I don’t know if these are their normal prices, but I find their prices to be a bit above average.
Totally surprised when we stopped in here for some lunch and a little skeptical by some of the reviews. Total nonsense...the food was so good, hot, fresh and full of abundant flavor. We ordered chicken kabobs with rice, EXCELLENT! So good there weren't any leftovers to take home. Some things were a little pricey but we will be returning. We can't wait to try the seabass. A hidden gem in a sea of options. GO!
My daughter loves their chicken shawarma and their kunefe is so delicious. Try their kabob and sweets, for sure.
Every time I come to Las Vegas on business, I visit Maza. I was quite saddened by my last visit last night. The menu has been shortened and the waitress told me two items I wanted - a salad and an appetizer were unavailable. The young lady brought me out the incorrect appetizer first and I called her stating this is not the correct item. She told me but the kitchen said this is it. I said dear - this is not what I ordered - we ordered the eggplant caviar which is Ikra and it’s red not this baba ghanouj. The Mediterranean salad was filled with vinegar which is a first for me - this salad and Shepard salad which I wanted (and was unavailable) are made with lemon juice and olive oil. Finally we shared a chicken shawarma sandwich and fries which tastes ok. It was missing the orange tangy sauce for the fries that was so good and replaced with a white yogurt style rather bland sauce. However, it took over 20 minutes to come out. The overall experience was quite sad considering I have come at least 8 times over the past five years in my visits here. I wish them luck in fixing the staff issues and quality of food.
One of the worst restaurants in Vegas! I took them an hour to prepare our order, and the food was cool and didn’t even taste good! The only one thing good was the lentil soup, which deserves the one star in this post.If you’re in Vegas, save your time and avoid this restaurant! I’m only here visiting and I wasted my time in this place.I highly do NOT recommend this place.
Looking for some AMAZING and flavorful Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine? Look no further. Maza Mediterranean & Turkish Grill is serving up some of the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever tasted. There is so much to admire about a place that puts so much love into each and every single one of their dishes. Compliments to the chef for preparing such incredible dishes. We tried the Turkish Coffee, the Pita Bread with Hummus, Babaganoush, Tzatziki, and Ikra (Eggplant Caviar); the Sigara Böregi (Turkish Cheesy Pastry), the House Salad, the Mediterranean Sea Bass, the Assorted Kebab Platter, which comes with Beef Shish Kebab, Chicken Shish Kebab, Lamb Chops, Beef and Chicken Adana Kebabs, Jasmine Rice, House Salad, and house sauce; and for dessert, the Künefe.Maza Mediterranean & Turkish Grill is the perfect spot for families, groups, date nights, and more. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Turkish & Mediterranean food, or anyone who wants to try something new.
