We ( 2 pax) ordered Whole Fried Chicken, Pork Sisig, Garlic Rice and Bangus Sinigang (not in the picture) and it was overwhelming. Food taste great same taste way back home. Server is polite and accommodating. A little bit of waiting for us to be in our table but overall experience it was good. We spend almost $70 and of course we take home our left over meal. Be back again for our next craving.

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE!!!First time having Sisig and now it's one of my all time favories. Also the Pancit Bihon was the best I ever had. And yet, The Winner is Max's Fried Chicken. The way they fried was so good. The skinwas crisp but not hard, the chicken was soft and tender, and it was Amazing and Delicious. Just wished they had one in Florida. Max is the Best!

Fried chicken was amazing! Glad we stopped in before heading back to the strip. Had some different filippino dishes and everything was delicious. Gotta find one of these restaurants near me!

Friendly staff! Love the chicharon bulaklak :) Of course the signature friend chicken has the crispiest skin! The halo-halo is good with a BIG scoop of ube ice cream.

As awesome as it is! Service was greatThanks Justin Beiber and the guy that cleans the table. You two are awesome!Food was great. It was worth the drive from Utah.Ordered pinakbet, lechon kawali, and daing na bangus my husband and I loves it.

I love filipino food but unfortunately I am very disappointed with over priced Max's Cuisine of the Philippines. I ordered the Filipino Bistek ($15) and regular size rice ($5) The sauce that was served with their Bistek tasted like grocery "brown gravey" from the jar, the beef was thick and tough, and had hardley any onions too. It taste nothing like Bistek. I told the waiter my disappointment and I said I should have order their fried chicken since that seems to be their HOT item menu. He apologized but nothing else. I told the cashier my disappointment too and I told her I was going to review them. They also have a very small selection on their menu. I'll just stick with D' Pinoy Joint filipino restaurant, they have very delicious and real filipino cuisine and their prices are so much better.

Chicken is the best. Crispy pata too.

like the fried chicken and crispy pata

Revisited again after several years (7-8 yrs.)we were impressed with the quality, taste and presentation of the dishes.

Good selection of favorite Filipino dishes. Excellent service. Food cooked like home. Nice selection of desserts too.
