I personally like it.We did a pool party at Thursday that was amazing with one minus - extremely expensive drinks. Day clubbing was great experience. And we also went there Wednesday night . We did not know what to expect when we step at the elevator .... And was cool .2 rooms was opened - house and hip hop.We stay at the hip hop one. Music was great. Drinks was ok. Price was normal for Vegas. I am giving 4 stars just because was really dark , no lights to make it look like night club . I wasnt able to see what is going on on the back of the club ... pure darkness
We had a blast at Marquee day club for a relaxed Sunday swim. My advice is to get a pitcher instead of paying for individual drinks or buying a bottle. The bartenders put 1/3rd of a liquor bottle in the pitcher anyway so it’s definitely better value for your money.Staff was very nice to us but that could also be because it was a slower day.
I went to this place for the third time, the staff is always despotic and last night was no exception. My friend had some light glasses in a small bag, the guard asked her to leave them on a tray, we asked her to please let us pass with them, he threatened to cancel the guestlist. It's a shame that they don't train staff. Some customer service classes would be good for them. Oh, I forgot, half an hour later I left the club because you couldn't even walk, they also don't know about capacity limit, (in case of emergency I don't know how people would be taken out) and when I approached the tray, the lenses were no longer there
Went there to see Alan Walker. The club doesn't open until 10:30 pm. If you purchase general admission tickets to the event, they send you to the 3rd floor. The line moved quickly, but after the tickets/id and security check you have to climb so many sets of stairs that you are not even sure if you'll ever get to the top. Looks like if you reserve a table, you are being treated nicely and you are able to take an elevator instead ? the music was great, the atmosphere is fun. We ordered Long Island Iced teas and they were $60 each ? I don't think I've ever paid so much for a single drink before. Oh well. Alan Walker didn't come on stage until 1 am, so plan your future visits accordingly. I wish we knew that ahead of time, so we could have showed up later. Also everyone spilled their drinks on the dance floor and by 2 am the floor was super sticky and gross.
Great experience at Marque day club. We reserved a cabana and received excellent service from Brandon and Kaitlyn. Can't wait to go back!
We had a wonderful time at Marquee on 2/19 while checking out DJ Pauly D. I’m not a club person, but the clientele wasn’t obnoxious and the club was spacious as it extended to an outdoor mezzanine. The drink prices are what you’d expect at a higher end Vegas club, but the pours and service were good. Pauly D put on a great show the fans and mixed in a lot of old-school mixes. The only criticism would be is that the mic him and the opening DJ used were very muffled. The sound system itself and lighting/effects were solid though.
Smh. I was just told my "oversized chain" can be used as a weapon and was denied entry. Mind you, this is an old 1/4 inch Figaro. Everyone's belt is,,, never mind.I've heard about discrimination at this place, but once it happens to you, wow! Throughout the years, I've promoted to others and spent a decent amount of money at the Cosmo and this club. They have always treated me very, very well at their establishment, and I've shown them the highest respect in return. I know they can reject you for any reason but make it make sense with some consistency. I guess tonight it was just my turn. Sigh...
Had so much fun with DJ Pauly D playing cool music and dancing performances were nice too. Staff was very respectful and friendly. Entrance fee was very reasonable, unlike some other clubs that charge you $100 only to treat you like trash
It saddens me to write this review- as I had set much higher expectations than I was met with during my first experience going to the Marquee nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan. On Monday the 3rd, me and three friends got to Marquee around 2 in the morning- our first endeavor of the night and the start of our vacation. From the start we were treated with nothing but kindness and great energy from the men in security, to the woman who we paid our cover fee's to. Marquee had a circus theme for the night and it all started off as a genuinely good experience. One of the girl's I was traveling with has a medical history of fainting, which becomes important later on in this experience. After checking out the dance floor and setting our bearings, we collectively walk towards the bar to get our first drink of the night- which is where my experience heads south. Right off the bat the bartender who took my order was the most condescending and disrespectful person I have EVER encountered in customer service. She was immensely belittling- YELLING in our faces about how we need to give her our order and how she 'does not want to make a million drinks'. My friends and I were taken aback, she was talking to us as if we were a bottle of patron deep...we were sober. She had black hair that was long, down, and curled and was wearing fishnets under her circus outfit. At this point my attention has shifted to my friend who tells me she does not feel well and that she thinks she is about to faint, so I tell her to go and sit on the couches nearby. On her way to the couches she faints and hits her chin on the table. At this point, I am trying to get the bartenders attention to tell her that my friend has fainted and needs help- to which her attitude does a complete 180- and she proceeds to help get security. I then move over to the scene with my friend and will say the chaos was 50% ensued by the crowd and 50% ensued by a staff that was ill-equipped to responsibly and respectfully handle the situation at hand. The workers proceeded to try and rush my friends to medical, although we were all trying to tell them that she needed a second to breathe and drink her water. She reclaims that this has happened multiple times in her life and never has it been handled so poorly. The next woman that I encountered is the main reason I am writing this review, because she had absolutely horrendous human decency alongside customer service. As my friend begins to maintain consciousness, she asks me to refill her water. I take her water, bring it to the bar, explain the situation, and ask for a refill. This new bartender mostly ignored me, telling me that she had already gave out water. She had two water bottles in her hand and was refusing to give them to me, so I again told her that I NEEDED the water. This is when the bartender proceeded to pull her mask down, and SCREAM in my face that she was not going to give me water. This woman was working alongside the brunette, and had shorter, but still long, dirty blonde hair. This was the most disrespectful encounter I have ever had with a human being.. Over water. For my friend who had just passed out. I have worked in the service industry, and I am aware that it can be overwhelming or frustrating- but this is NOT how you handle it. Thankfully, the man next to me grabbed water from her and told me to go and give it to my friend- and that he would cover it. After, we were transferred to medical. Jason who works with the cosmopolitan was SUPER helpful and wonderful. He was efficient, humane, collected, and just simply kind. This is a super unfortunate experience- my parents both visit Vegas quite often and alway stay at the Cosmo complimentary when they do so. I can assure you that they will no longer be staying there and neither will I in the future.
Although getting in was a little bit hectic (first time, not knowing which line to wait in, strange entry through what seems the backup emergency stairs) once inside is absolutely worth it. Great place, good music, affordable drinks, prime location, spacious enough for dancing but filled enough to feel ‘in the party’, dancers and entertainers around the entire place all night (circus thematic)… all considered great place for a great party and good fun.
