I came here wanting chicken and waffles without the long wait. I ordered the wings and waffles breaded. I also ordered the Brisket grill cheese. The smoke of the wings and then having them fried finish made it delicious. The brisket grilled cheese sandwich was excellent!!! Never had one like it. My waitress Alaysia was super nice and made me a bourbon Bloody Mary that hit the spot . This will be a go to spot for me whenever I’m in town.
Absolutely phenomenal southern food with some additional partner restaurants nearby. Pictured is the salt & pepper brisket, with the cream corn and jalapeño cornbread. Also is the chicken tenders with Mac & cheese and jalapeño cornbread. They’re Moscow mules are out of this world amazing with some incredibly innovative combos.
The food was extremely good except the shrimp abd grits.the fried green beans are a must if we didn't have so much food we would have ordered another dish. The chicken was very good crispy extra large pieces. Greens were good too. If you're in Vegas and want some good food you must try Mama Bird's
I started working here when this place first opened as a dishwasher and moved up to a line cook before I left. It's been over 2 years since I've worked here and the changes they have made to the place are awesome. I ordered a cake jar and a brisket grilled cheese and the food was amazing! Just how I remember it. I'm familiar with the owner and the owner's son and I wish them the best!
I was recommended by a friend who heard this place was. That was an understatement! Not only is this an adorable little spot, but the staff was incredible! Made sure we were taken care of properly. Thats not even including the insanely tasty menu!! The Mac n cheese was so good! I strongly suggest the fried dill pickles if ur a pickle fan.
The chicken and waffles are a must have! The white meat chicken is lightly breaded with a crunchy and slightly sweet flavor. Then it's paired with a fresh waffle that's wide and thin to make it easy to cut. For an appetizer, I tried the wicked deviled eggs and they were so good! There is a candied jalapeño on top and it is sweet with a little hint of spice. For my drink, the watermelon lemonade was really refreshing and I loved the side of watermelon to enjoy with it! The non-alcoholic ginger beer is also really yummy when wanting a sparkling drink other than soda. The restaurant is clean and they just expanded, so there is even more seating with tables and booths! They have a huge bar area as well!
Absolutely phenomenal, best BBQ place I've been to in Las Vegas. Christina and Erick were amazing. The food and the customer service was incredible. 10/10 would recommend, new favorite BBQ spot in Las Vegas, by far!
Fabulous food! Our waiter gave us a "tour" of the menu, so helpful! 10/10 recommend the wicked deviled eggs! The drinks were as delicious as they were appealing to look at and the grilled cheese was unreal, can't wait to go back.
Our server, Alex T, was amazing and so friendly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. YOU HAVE to try the fried green beans. The deviled eggs were also delicious. I got the shrimp po' boy. It was slightly spicy and the pickled veggies on it were great. Honestly, everything we tried was great. You can't go wrong!
