There's no way you can get a good lobster roll 2,839 miles from Maine, right? Wrong! This thing was outstanding. Chunky, juicy lobster meat, just the right amount of dressing, a perfect shake of seasoning and a fresh, crispy roll. It was awesome. The beer (subject to change, I'm sure) I had with it was perfection. (It was a Golden Nites by Lovelady Brewing Company.) I would fly back to Vegas just for this place.
Love this little place! First off, the lobster tasted AMAZING. Secondly, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. My husband was making weight, so he could not have certain things, and they helped make up an order for him that he could eat. So glad we found this little gem. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
F A B O U L O U S ! This little gem on the Southside of the strip (across from Wynn & Palazzo) is a must when in Vegas. Simple fare on paper plates with Lobster Roll at the top of the menu. It was great to get away from the national chain restaurants.
A-MAZING! Hidden gem you should not miss if you are on the Strip! We had the lobster grilled cheese, lobster Mac and cheese and the clam chowder. All of them were fresh and delicious! The employees were all super nice and friendly too! Highly recommend!
The food was good, however, the waitstaff/cooks were extremely RUDE. There is only one customer in to order at a time. After 15 minutes of waiting in line I poked my head in and they were like "only one party at a time" Okay, another 15 minutes goes by and I poke my head in again and they are COOKING their food - I did not know I had to wait for them to not only order (as their is an outdoor seating area) but for them to cook it as well. Once I got in they took my order and sent me to sit outside. WHAT????? I did not understand as I guess I was assuming they would not allow others or have me wait inside until my food was cooked. I asked the cashier WHY did I have to wait for 30 minutes outside while you cooked their food while I order and you send me outside? She said "Well, I wanted to make sure they were getting EXACTLY what they wanted, they have never been here before" Well, I had never been there before either. VERY FRUSTRATING and would not recommend this place due to the experience I had. Super disappointing. I did have the lobster grilled cheese and it was good but the whole experience left me with a sour taste in my mouth. NOT good customer service at all!
The lobster roll was delicious. The service was excellent. Thank you, Taylor and Anson for the wonderful experience. Highly recommend to those looking for a good meal that comes with a price.
I got the Trio. The taste was pretty decent. The lobster roll was the best in my opinion. I felt the amount spent, didn’t justify the amount of food received. I’m a fairly small guy, and after eating the Trio, a side of Lobster Mac and finishing it off with a lemonade, I was still surprisingly not full. After spending about $44, I was quite disappointed.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - ordered a 6 oz lobster roll. The lobster tasted fresh but it didn't feel like they did much for the lobster roll overall. There was a smear of butter and parsley on the top but the bottom layer of lobster didn't taste of it. It also got a bit queasy so I wished they had some citrus to cut through the lobsterAmbience: NA - got food to go. They only had a small seating area on the side of the tiny shopService: 3/5 - quick interaction but the cashier did not seem like she wanted to be thereValue for price: 2/5 - unfortunately, what they did to the lobster was not very special. For $40, I was expecting a bit more
It’s a little place, like a hole in the wall place. When I walked up I was like this is gonna be good. Boy, was I wrong, it was drool worthy with a side of mouth watering. First, if you’re tight on money avoid, but if you have extra cash by all means stop at this place. Second, the roll is toasted but not to a crisp as it looks, like a perfect grill cheese toasted bread. I’m sure it’s butter involved and the roll doesn’t over power the meat. Less roll and more meat. Third, the good stuff which for me was the lobster and crab which are served cold. My first bite of the crab meat was buttery, savory, and then the sweetness of the crab meat itself that let me know this is king crab meat baby. It left me drooling for more and thank my lucky stars no one was watching me eat this. After drooling my way through the crab roll, I made my way to the lobster and experience mouthwatering after each bite. Last, they have this little area with 3 tables to eat at and they bring it to you by your name.
First tried Luke's Lobster in NYC several years ago and it has been my favorite Lobster Roll spot ever since. Took my parents to try this spot since they're a fan of it too but it's way too overpriced. Not sure because it's Las Vegas but definitely not the same prices that I paid in NY. The rolls still taste great but I'll have to reconsider after spending over $150 that barely filled our appetite.
