Terrible customer service!!! After buying from them at least twice a month for my family. I come in from work on my break to buy a meal for us to take home, since I'm working so close to home. I come in with my water that I bought from that very same gas station earlier that day. The owner or manager I'm not sure what she is but decides to take the bottle from me. I politely told the I came in with it on a 110 degree day but had bought it there earlier. They spoke in a different language them moves it even further down the counter completely out of reach. I ignore it and proceed to order my chicken. When they go to charge me the young girl asks "the water too right?". I respond no I came in with it. They speak in a different language again checking the bottle temp so I told them I'm not a thief and am paying 50 dollars of chicken and in a work uniform I would not steal a dollar something water! The older lady became furious and told the girl to not sell me anything and give me my money back. People in line told her she was wrong but she didn't care. She runs the show in a very unprofessional and rude manner. Don't treat your customers like thieves!!! I never shouted like you falsely claim. I speak Spanish I am mexican but I do not do it to my customers to keep information from them. You are rude bottom line! I don't have this issue any other food place and you can see in my reviews.
The chicken and tenders were good. The only thing that was terrible were the biscuits they extremely hard . I would have called the store but wasn’t given a receipt.
I have purchased chicken ? once here, the chicken was good. I was not allowed to get all dark meat.
Good chicken but biscuits were terrible extremely dry and crumbly had to throw away. Please serve them fresh.
I got 2 blueberry biscuits, 2 Cajun tenders, and 2 thighs. I could tell the chicken wasn’t fresh but it did still taste good. The biscuits were amazing. I also had Mac N Cheese but I forgot to take a picture. I will be back but earlier in the day to see if I can get some fresh chicken.
I had the 3-piece chicken with biscuit meal. The chicken meat itself was good, both in flavor and quantity. Skin was very crispy. However, the skin was also very salty and there was considerable grease collecting at the bottom of my plate. Do understand, I ordered maybe 25 minutes before their closing time, so it may be a different story for earlier hours.A bummer I can’t rate 3.5 / 5
When you just gotta have quick and to the point fried chicken this is the one stop place to go. Food is hot and not just sitting under a lamp. The customer service is great and patient.
The manager a Asian lady is truly a piece of ______. Not caring about anything. The chicken is raw. And bums everywear. Truly a scum pitt
The best comment I can make is the food was quick and fast. They had a lot of chicken already prepared and it wasn't that busy causing me to wonder how long it had been there. I think one of the Cajun spices was missing as it lacked that certain pop.
Very bottom of the barrel food. The fries (potato wedges) were not cooked enough, and were tough in the middle. The corn dog was perfectly cooked on the outside but the hotdogs itself was still frozen solid on the inside. The chicken strips were just so so, their ranch is not good but the sweet and sour was ok. The mac and cheese was the same as any other fast food place so average. The honey buns were good hence 2 starts instead of 1.
