Went to order a dozen of original glaze doughnuts and a frozen caramel latte last week. But my latte doesn’t taste right. I can taste that it’s either the mix they put to blend it or the whipped cream that taste like a spoiled one. The lady who took my order by the drive-thru is kinda rude as well. Didn’t get the chance to go back and complain about my drink because of her attitude while taking order.

do not go to that place, they charged me $16 for 6 stuffed donuts of which only 3 were stuffed the others had nothing. They weren't that fresh. It is a hoax. It was at night 9.30pm.
The girl who worked the drive thru cashier at 8pm on 4/17/22 don’t need to be working there anymore. I believe her name is Miranda. She likes to talk about her customers as if they’re not in the same building and she likes to not listen to exactly what the customer wants. I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt when she misheard me and messed up my order (because it was a busy line) when I came back in for my missing donuts but she decided to talk loud and say “I hate when they do that. She’s wrong. I ain’t mess up her order. Customers don’t listen.” Well since I don’t listen miss girl then I hope corporate is able to listen to you since I called them about you.
It’s a Krispy Kreme. What can you go wrong?The reason I’m giving three stars is because while the donuts are always good, I can’t believe they still do not have a scanner for the rewards app. Two reasons that bug me. First, they always take my phone which I have to sanitize afterwards and second, since they have to manually input the digits, they at times take forever to get it especially if they make a mistake. Please invest in the rewards scanner for better service.
I have always been a fan of krispy cream but my recent trip really disenchanted me. I paid an extreme premium for 2 near frozen donuts that were easily a day or more old. The service was fine but the product was appalling. If i am going to pay that kind of premium then i expect my service to be exemplary and the product to be better than fresh... certainly not average service and horrible days old frozen donuts from a business who's entire job is to make and serve fresh donuts! Im crabby as heck and mad as a dog for my mistreatment!
This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme i have ever been to. I have only been here 3 times and twice they have messed my order up completely. The people they have working here are literally just to incompetent to make donuts and coffee, they have proven it is to much for them to handle please people save your money and go anywhere else but here, buy your donuts at the grocery store
Went out of my way on a Sunday morning to get Krispy Kreme donuts. Bad decision. Got there at 540a and waited 20 minutes. Ordered a dozen donuts. Too expensive. Got the donuts and they were cold. Cold, old donuts at 6a. Thats what started my gripe. They were cold. I went out of my way to get cold donuts when I could have gone to Terribles and got one cold donut. Lesson learned but will more than likely never get Krispy Kreme ever again. Not worth it. Yuck!

Great service at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They greet and thank you each time.This location doesn't turn on their hot sign at the times designated by the app. Nothing like getting donuts when the hot sign is on.When we came this evening, the hot sign was on.They do offer seating inside and outside.I recommend this location.
