The lady there was very rude & made racist remarks about me & my family . I’m truly appalled & upset . I’m on vacation & didn’t expect my trip to be ruined by such a rude individual. She should be fried !!!!! Not supporting Krispy Kreme anymore
Lady was so rude to my husband, donuts were subpar and made us both sick to our stomach and was overcharged for our water and when we questioned them, they just argued with us about it. Do not recommend!!!
I would give this location zero stars if I could. The person at this store was unprofessional, andraised his voice to my wife. Asked for a refund, and he didn’t want to do it, but did it anyway. Go to Starbucks instead. Better coffee, same price.
The frozen chiller price on the info placard is wrong saying 3.99$, and the teller will not inform you, instead charging you 5.69$ when confronted, the teller does nothing to remedy the situation. Be warned!
Donut was nothing like the ones in NY. No deals either so kind of annoyed. If Cinnabon is closed, this is your alternative folks.

I love Krispy Kreme, but maybe due to logistics on stocking here the donuts were very bad.Did not finish my single donut.I pity whoever tries Krispy Kreme here for the first time.
This place advertises on it MENU BOARD a “Double Dozen Deal” and when I tried to order it, they said that they don’t honor that deal because they are a franchise. I exchanged words with the manager and when I asked him for his name, he refused to give it to me. I told him that I would file a complaint with Excalibur management and put a bad rating on Google and he told me that was fine, I could do what ever I wanted. It is a real shame to know that a so called “manager” will let someone write something bad about the business he represents instead of doing the right thing. He did give me the number to “Customer Care”. This is bad business to get into an argument with a customer AND not to honor a price that is clearly displayed on their menu board. This business does not even deserve a 1 star rating but unfortunately, there is nothing less. If you go there, be careful of false pricing. Who knows, they may even try to charge you more when they check you out. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
We stayed at the Excalibur Christmas Eve and had donuts and coffee from Krispy Kreme Christmas morning. So grateful they were open and had fun Christmas donuts available.
Went here for coffee my 2nd morning at the Excalibur. Coffee was okay at best but better with cream and sugar. It did the trick.
