The food was really good. The quality of the meat was superb as well. The tomahawk was definitely the best thing there. Shame you can only order it once but it's understandable. However there isn't a limit on the pork belly. The pork belly was nice and thick and really flavorful and juicy.
Little far away from strip but worth it !It’s very cheap with good quality of meats !And it’s unlimitedService was amazing,They don’t take reservations! But decorations and food wise it’s a place I will go often for unlimited bbq ?
We were here for Memorial day and had the BEST dinner! AYCE for $28.95 and it was worth every penny. Justin was our server and he was so friendly and helpful getting us started with all of the best items, like the chef's bbq special, that includes a huge tomahawk steak. Kogi has a better variety of meats and appetizers than most of the Korean bbq places we have been to lately, and the marinades and sauces were all delicious. The banchan was already at the table when we sat down, and our appetizers came out super fast. And they change the grills frequently, ours was changed 4 or 5 times and we never had to ask. Oh, AND you get a hot pot selection too, so you can have two different experiences for one price! We really enjoyed all of the meat, especially the ribeye, bulgogi and the spicy octopus which had a sweet spicy marinade and was really tender. We were so stuffed. But don't miss the Korean iced coffee for dessert, sweet and creamy on its own or poured over tiramisu. It was busy but we never felt rushed and the service was perfect. I don't think we'll go anywhere else for Korean bbq or hot pot!
My favorite Korean bbq place in Vegas. For the price that is the same as most other AYCE Kbbq restaurants, they offer better quality AND HOT POT, TOO! The only problem would be that during the weekends at night, service is a bit slow. However, when you are in the waitlist, I love how great the waitlist is at updating who has gotten a table and whatnot - gives you a good estimate on whether or not you do want to wait out. Besides that, I've been here for lunch once on a weekend, and there seemed to be more people working (or was it just that service was faster?). This place does have a lot of choices on their menu and the location is also very good. I do recommend they serve some appetizers while we wait for someone to get our meat orders in tho. That's what a lot of places do so that you don't get impatiently hungry customers getting hangry.
Decided to go get KBBQ. We were only 2 people but we still had to wait for 30+ minutes. Not sure if we could've made reservations, but I recommend calling first especially if you have a party larger than 4! The price was absolutely right at $30 for AYCE. They have a premade hot pot dishes that are pretty good, but I would stick to KBBQ dishes. We ordered a ton of food for 2 people and the service was fast and polite. We had this waitress that was so efficient and friendly that I wished I remembered her name so I could've given her a shout out! My bad. The restaurant looked a little dingy and sticky at times. Knocked 1 star off because we did call and was told a table of 2 would only take 5 to 10 mins and the cleanliness wasn't great. Would I come back? Probably not, given that there are so many options in Vegas that could easily beat them on all fronts. Worth a try though as your experience would likely be different.
Tried this place out for dinner and it was good. They have a chef plate with premium meats and it was 1 per table. They had many meat options. The service was great!
This is the best Korean BBQ restaurant I have tried, let me quantify why. My typical experience at Korean BBQ restaurant is some of the meats are flavored well, but a lot of the meats don't have a lot of flavor unless they are eaten with the condiments provided. This Korean restaurant was the polar opposite. The majority of the meat was packed with flavor and need no enhancement, the condiments just added additional flavor. Also, this is the first Korean BBQ restaurant I have visited that had Hot Pot (usually served in a separate restaurant) served with the meal. The Hot Pot was also amazing, I ordered the bulgogi Hot Pot and I recommend it, especially if it's your first time having Hot Pot.The appetizers were also amazing, I highly recommend the Korean Fried Chicken Appetizer (listed as KFC). I cannot say enough good things about this amazing restaurant. My only warning is to come hungry, because the food portions are enormous.
Kogi is part of a chain of valley restaurants and does not disappoint. The Korean bbq meats are of the highest quality for AYCE in Vegas. I would definitely encourage the upgrade to the all day dining menu for the $4 extra per person. The Chef’s Plate pictured which comes with the upgrade is visually impressive and tasty. The tomahawk and Prime Ribeye portion is a large portion so if you like the marinated class of meats like the king Galbi or bulgogi better (which I do) and don’t have a giant appetite, you may be better off to bypass this and order exactly what you like off the premium all day menu. The only small complaint is the dessert policy of one per person (which is not even denoted on the menu). I can understand this for the bought in mochis but the Korean Iced Coffee counts as a dessert so theoretically you can’t have this highly recommended beverage and an ice cream. (Of course you may be able to sweet talk your server; just be sure to reward him or her accordingly.)
I’m long overdue for this review! To keep it short and simple, the food is great, customer service is impeccable and the manager Justin is a freakin rockstar! Always our best Korean BBQ experience!
Food is amazing service is good.dont order too much$10 charge for left overs and can't take it to go!
