Amazing burnt ends and everything else we ate was awesome! Highly recommend!

When I think of BBQ I think of a rich smokey flavor with sweet sauce with a hint if heat and tender melt in your mouth brisket! If this sounds good to you drive over here and place your order. It doesn't matter what you order bc you won't be disappointed. Every bite of every meat, every side was amazing and yes I did lick my fingers! Burnt ends 10/10 sliced brisket 10/10 collard greens 10/10 pork ribs 9/10 beef rib (singular) 12/10 was massive and all meat barely any fat! And the staff! The entire staff was amazing super friendly and accommodating! So welcoming and friendly! Best BBQ in Nevada hands down.

Wanted to see what all the hype was about...but no hype about it. This place is legit. Great BBQ. The meat contained all that smokey goodness and their spicy and mild sauces were very flavorful. It was just the right amount of sweet, savory, and acid. Their beans were one of the best but all their sides were winners. Don't forget to get some apple or peach cobbler too. Their hospitality is top notch.

This is a very difficult review for me. I have lived all over the US, lived in Texas, lived in New Orleans, lived in Atlanta, lived in Alabama...so southern cooking, cajun cooking and bbq are real staples for me. This place did some great things (outside/feel), but missed the mark (brisket/sauce), so let me just be detailed on those facts for someone that needs the truthSauce Problem: Some people like that sticky sweet, smokey hot texas style while some like the Kansas tangy, sauce. Now, Texas often will cook on the sauce...but for ribs, dry rubs are everything to me...and a thinner dipping sauce is called for. That said though... I'm a definite Texas guy...I like sticky, sweet and spicy sauces. The sauce here is great consistency for dry rubs but very acidic...absolutely not balanced (maybe I got a bad batch?) and not having an opposing option was a real impact on my experience.Cooking/Execution: This is where they shine...the prep, the execution, the flavors..its hard to do this on a large scale and this is where the experience shows at this place. Great sides, solid flavors, decent smoke rings, ribs couldve been better but were still solid, and a lot of prep work is clear here. The chicken was honestly the highlight for me...it was done exquisitely...flavors and seasoning beneath the skin, just throughout the chicken...it was very good.Food disappointments and highlights: I got 3 meat combo...brisket, dark chicken and ribs. The brisket was the loser here. It was dry, it was thin like beef jerky and without a sauce I liked to pair...I didnt eat it. I will take it home and work it my way and make great sammiches though. This should be getting cut to serve, instead it was pre-cut, thin, cold almost and dried out...this cost them 2 stars from me.Experience: overall, you dont feel like youre in Vegas, and as a local for 4yrs, I like that. I will still return, for sure...but I will bring my own bbq sauce. This shouldnt be necessary...they need an opposing sauce...this is COMMON in the southeast to do this. A place like this, needs more than one base sauce, you need 3 imo.

Great bbq in Las Vegas. Nice staff.LOVED- pork- Ribs- sausage- Mac and cheese- potato salad- corn bread- huge portionsWould skip- Brisket

First of all, the portions are huge! We tried the burnt ends, sliced hot link, pulled pork, potato salad and collard greens. Everything was excellent. This place is in a strange location, but it is definitely worth finding. Great bang for your buck!
