I was there for a business meeting and the food was just as good as I remembered it. The service was also excellent.
Words can barely describe the experience. First off, remember you are at a Michelin 3 star restaurant, so your expectations should already be high. Don't worry, those expectations will be exceeded. I had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Every single wine I had was exquisitely matched to the dish, and was accompanied by a level 2 and level 3 sommelier's explanation and history of each beverage. The dessert wine was a flavor I had never even tasted and I've had wines from all over the world. It was sublime. From the caviar amuse-bouche to the selection of desserts, I was entranced. I had a gluten-free menu where as my friend had the traditional menu. I didn't miss out on a thing. There were dishes that reminded me of home, similar to the character of Ego eating Ratatouille in a movie of the same name, there were flavor profiles I had never experienced, and there were dishes that almost brought me to tears with the simplicity and deliciousness of the flavors. The ambiance is subtle and serene. The staff was impeccable as expected, but also as personable as you engaged them to be. The entire experience allowed me to forget that I was in Las Vegas in a sticky, smelly cesspool of sin and instead was cocooned in a sweetly sophisticated bubble of delight. Merci!
This place was simply incredible. The level of service is of the highest form. We’ve frequented many high end restaurants where we love the food and service, yet somehow this place sets itself apart. We went with the full 13 course menu, and were simply blown away. When my wife didn’t like the caviar appetizer, they quickly brought her a replacement course that she loved! (They even let me finish her almost untouched caviar, as I loved the dish) The presentation is SECOND TO NONE! The servers are all on the same page and work very smoothly. At the end of the meal we were able to meet the chef who despite being so heralded is gracious and humble. As a finishing touch they gave us a copy of the menus with our names printed at the top! Definitely worth taking a special trip here! You can see why this place was given the coveted 3 star Michelin rating!!!
Really really amazing food and experience, the 12 course tasting menu was out of this world. Some really nice touches that made the evening extra special. Would throughly recommend.
Definitely worth it! There are different options for the tasting menus. The service was excellent, as expected of a Michelin star restaurant. They're very accommodating of our allergies and dietary restrictions. Overall an excellent experience, would highly recommend since the price is relatively reasonable compared to all the other nice restaurants in the area
3 Michelin star resto, lovely staff very accommodating. Expensive dining experience. Unli bread and dessert trolley. Food is exquisite. You get a takehome cake, compliments from the pastry chef.
We chose the main course with 12 dishes and it was amazing! The only dish we didn't like surprisingly was the Caviar which was just beautiful! Other than that everything was tasty and interesting! The restaurant itself is very beautiful and luxurious and the service is of very high standards!
Not sure why it’s had to make a reservation here, when the place is half empty. Made the mistake of not insisting to be seated in the main dining room, which did look nice. We were seated in the “winter garden” off the main dining room, decorated with a wall of plastic ivy and a tacky faux painted ceiling a la Ceasars Palace. Acoustics let us hear every word from our neighbors seated too closely. So cramped that the bread and desert carts did not fit next to our table and I had to turn my head 180 degrees resulting in a third rate service experience. Waiter starts off by explaining that the bread is baked fresh every day — are you kidding me? Then proceeds to tell us our choices will be “warmed up”. Next serving of bread did not get the rewarming treatment. We did not want to go with the $400+ tasting menu, so went with one of the a la carte menus. There, half of the dishes came with a hefty supplement, which was tacky. Seems like they don’t show you the menu in advance online for that reason. Food was okay but not memorable in taste or presentation. Waiter explained that the mashed potatoes were what made Robuchon famous and we thought he was joking. The mashed potatoes tasted like, well, mashed potatoes. The 3 Michelin stars from 2009 are proudly shown at the entrance. Well, it’s 13 years later, the chef has long passed and the restaurant is not even listed in the Michelin guide anymore. Hint: there is a reason why, see above.
It was an amazing experience! The staff makes you feel very welcome as soon as you enter and their attention on you does not diminish through the entire time you are in the restaurant. The food was very nice and the presentation was impeccable. They end with a small gift. Start to finish every moment this felt very personal and special. Loved it.
We visited this restaurant back in 2018 and decided to re-visit. Yes, it is expensive but we are great believers that you get what you pay for. Here, it is stunning. Like literally mind-blowing and I would be very surprised if you experience anything like this anywhere else. We have been to some of London's top restaurants and this is better. In fact, it is the best dining experience we have EVER had...period. I had the taster menu and my wife had the vegetarian version. To top it off, the staff are incredible and a big shout out to Steve behind the bar who made our experience an even more memorable one. Thank you guys. Keep doing what you are doing...please!
