Im from philly so the sandwiches remind me of home but if you from the east coast they don’t prepare the hoagies the way we are use too U HAVE TO BE THERE TO DIRECT THEM if not its a hit or miss first they cut the roll completely in half then they put the cheese on one side of dry bread & the mayo on the other side mayo goes on first BOTH sides then cheese. The roll is just a split not cut into two halfs the rest is fine oh & they never answer the phone as if they’re closed
They made my sandwich super quick and good. It was around lunchtime and no one was in line but they were making mobile orders. Smooth operation.
Bread was old. Very little meat sa which was mostly lettuceNew Pepsi fountain Mach very little taste to the product. Employees were fast.
The star is rude and will push to go orders aside in order to assist customers in the lobby. What is the point of offering to go service when the customers that pick this option are not served. The rudest person is the older white lady that actually told me to have a seat instead of completing my order while she served dine in guests who arrived 15 minutes after me
I never write reviews but I got a kick out of our last experience here. I've been a customer of this location since June of 2017. There was a bald manager that was always welcoming and remembered our office staff every time we came in. He's the reason why we kept coming back to this location, if you must know! Today 12/21/2021 our office ordered online as we always do about every other week or so ($50-$100+ orders) You'd think they love us for giving this location our business but NO... Lately our orders have had the wrong items on sandwiches or giving us the wrong size on certain subs so I decided to write a note upon ordering that stated "Please pay attention. Our order is always wrong." I cannot believe the nerve of the employee whoever bagged my order and wrote us this note on their receipt paper. "If always wrong why still order" like are you joking? If you can't read an online order, why work there? You literally have one job, it's embarrassing to the Jersey Mike's franchise. I get that help is limited and you gotta hire whoever applies but for Christ's sake just DO YOUR JOB! Which you did this time, so congratulations on reading and comprehending correctly. But we will not be back after 4 years of continuous business. We'll stick to Port of Subs or Jimmy Johns.
I love the taste of jersey Mike's but this place was a little messy. It seemed like it needed to be cleaned up. The employees were standing around talking when we came in, they could have been cleaning up the extra lettuce, cheese, meat and bread pieces that were all over the counter. But as I said, their subs usually taste very good
I will never order from this store again as the employees lack integrity in regards to in app order. on 2 separate occasions I was missing several items from my order. This first time I assumed it was my delivery driver so I let it go. This time the same thing happened and its safe to assume 2 different drivers on 2 different day would steal the same exact items. i called the store and the so called manager Risha couldn't care less about the situation or check her staff to see where things went wrong. I was just told to call tomorrow and speak with the GM but after reading other reviews this seems like their MO. It is the overall lack of integrity for me that is so bothersome. I honestly believe the employees nor manager care and just bagged whatever they felt like putting in there. If you want your moneys worth dont order from this particular location online or else you will definitely be taking a loss.
The employees are incompetent. The blonde runs around like a headless chicken but isn’t productive. The manager gave my sandwich to some guy when he returned it, they tried to pass it to me! Can you imagine? Then they gave me someone else’s order! I waited over 40 minutes and never got my sandwich.
Worst food service experience of my life. Waiting and waiting for nothing! They still gave me someone else’s food after I waited 30 minutes! I think they are just giving their friends food off the street! There’s no money changing hands, just people walking in and taking other people’s orders.
