Our breakfast at Jardin was amazing. We made a prior reservation and therefore were seated immediately. Try to book ahead if you don’t want to wait for too long. The food presentation was very nice and the food was tasty. The prices are on the higher range compared to other breakfast places but that’s expected given it is a quite fancy place. We had Eggs Benedict and Pancakes for breakfast. Both were delicious. The customer service was excellent and our server was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Jardin!

Last October I stayed at the Wynn for two nights. I arrived in Vegas at 7:40AM on the second Friday of October. I took the van and arrived at the Wynn around 8:15AM. After an early check-in I came to Jardin around 8:45AM. I decided to select Jardin, which is located inside the Encore, as the first place to eat in Vegas due to the YouTube Channel "Strictly Dumpling". After seeing a video of that channel regarding the eating experience at the Wynn I was going to order the chilaquiles rojos at Jardin. I was hungry, but I didn't want a heavy breakfast as I was going to The Buffet at the Wynn for dinner. So I asked my server Sean for his recommendation. He preferred the bacon and egg tacos versus the chilaquiles rojos. He said the chilaquiles rojos is like breakfast nachos. I decided to order the bacon and egg tacos instead. In addition I ordered the artisan blueberry muffin and caffe mocha. The first dish that arrived was the blueberry muffin, which was warm. I noticed the size of the muffin was larger than I expected. In addition the blueberry muffin came with jam and butter. I really liked the warm blueberry muffin especially when I was dining outside as it was raining that Friday morning. Also having a caffe mocha with a brown sugar-like spoon on a rainy morning warmed me up. However I feared that the muffin would make a little too full prior to dinner at The Buffet that night. The main entrée of bacon and egg tacos was the next dish to arrive. Even though I like my bacon chewy and fatty I like how the bacon on this dish was crispy to compliment the egg. My server Sean was right the bacon and egg tacos were light. The thick-cut fries that I also ordered were still crispy. As I had feared the blueberry muffin along with the bacon and egg tacos made me slightly full prior to dinner that night. Overall the food was ok but not spectacular. However with my server Sean's recommendation of the bacon and egg tacos over the chilaquiles rojos I wasn't bloated prior to having dinner that night. For that I would give an extra star rating. Too bad I ordered the blueberry muffin that morning.
I came here with some family on 7/9/22 and it was great! I got Jardins three eggs and they were delicious but I got two eggs instead of 3. My sister got a red velvet cotton candy pancake and it was to die for! Absolutely amazing and I would definitely eat it again! Our server Rick was very kind and attentive to our needs as well! Overall, I loved this place and it was worth it.
Beautiful location and presentation. But like most of the other reviews most of the food was bland even though it looked amazing. Service definitely was a let down especially for "being at the Wynn" Hopefully our next visit will be a completely different story.
My wife and I wanted Breakfast and Lo and Behold we discovered Jardin Situated right in the lobby of the Encore and having a great view of the hotels and on of the pools it was heaven in the lobby The menu was great and they made a few adjustments to the printed menu to make the food to your satisfaction Would do this again

What a wonderful spot for a relaxing lunch! From the point of arrival the staff were all really friendly and super attentive, with ordering additional drinks never proving a problem. Sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the pool was a delight, with plenty of shelter from the sun and having a good mix or warmth and air-conditioning from inside. The food menu has a really nice range and the burger was superb - fantastic presentation, flavours and portion size. Sauce was provided in a pot on the side and the thick cut chips where in their own cup with perfect seasoning. The burger came medium rare as ordered, but be aware the kitchen clearly works on a more rare side, so if you don’t like pink meat ask for more well-done.Prices weren’t too unreasonable for the location and although it closed at 3pm we fortunately didn’t have a need to stay longer. For a nice relaxing lunch or afternoon meal I’d happily return and therefore can only recommend.
